A few times here and love it every time. Beautiful place and great staff! One little issue though my sugars dropped so I need a quick fixed but one of the staff members said I couldn't take anything. Even though I explained my sugars dropped and I needed a quick fix.nOther then that all was great 👍

We had a lovely stay here apart from the checkin which seemed to take forever. The room was spacious and quiet although we would have preferred one not at ground level. They could also improve on the coffee at breakfast as the rest is really good. All the staff by the pool were excellent as were the nail salon.

Outstanding Customer service from the minute you get out of the car, we had a day pass, which was fantastic value for money , which they gave you money vouchers to use on food and drinks.nWe had afternoon tea my wife and I left the teenagers by the pool .nIt was outstanding and over delivered from start to finish on food, service, and value for money.nimpeccable resort and hotel with excellent customer service from the door men to staff, and all the pool people. One of the best day experiences at an established hotel ever!nPs should be 7 stars!
We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Dubai for our first few nights on our first trip to Dubai and we were amazed, thank you!nnWe arrived early on a Thursday morning, way before our check in time and your team looked after us. Not only with a room available straight away but an upgrade also. Our baggage was whisked away to our room.nnThe room was amazing and had a lovely balcony, clearly it is a slightly older property, but everything was amazing, clean, and looking great.nnWe went to the pool to hang out, eat and drink and loved it, it was perfect. The complimentary waters, ice Lollie's and service were incredible. When somewhere just gives these things away, although basic you feel the quality in experience.nnWe dined at the pool for lunch and Tamoka for dinner which was amazing. I left a separate review for them but the dinner and service was impeccable, you should be happy to have them based on site!nnI can't say enough about our experience and we would absolutely stay here again, recommend it and if not staying, we would dine with you!nnThank you for everything your team does! We are very happy with our stay!

Had a spa day today with my daughter for her birthday. We had an amazing time! Everything was perfect, the massage, the afternoon tea and the great facilities. We enjoyed every minute! All the staff were super nice and friendly, everything was spotless clean. They even made an amazing birthday cake for her. Thank you!
Great service regardless if you go for fun or business. The pool is nice and the bar there serves good food. On the other hand, the service during a corporate event was alright. I would recommend to check the quality of the coffee they serve
This is a great place, quiet and calm. There wonderful swimming pools and children's playing area. Moreover there is great access to the private beach area with luxury services. This is a great place to stay with family, it is a great family environment. You can also experience the great view of the of the Palm sky buildings. The cool breeze from the sea, greener playgrounds and excellent services from the team, this is a rightful place, peaceful to relax and enjoying your holiday.
Stopped by for a quick breakfast after coming from gym seeing as it was the closest place that was open at that time in the morning. Went to a cafe inside. Welcomed warmly despite our rather disheveled appearance, all round the breakfast was good. Only downside was the fruit in the fruit platter that my wife ordered was clearly shipped internationally and somewhat wrinkled/watery. The pastries were exquisite.
I had an excellent time at Ritz-Carlton, the brunch was amazing and the hotel very nice. Service at the pool bar was awesome. Thanks again for the lovely time !

I love Ritz Carlton hotels, especially the one in Jumeirah Beach Residence Dubai. They have sunset specials where in you will enjoy cocktails while being serenaded by saxophone player. It was really relaxing and blissful in Ritz Carltonu2026 Customer service was excellent too. Will visit again
AWESOME experience. From the moment we arrived at the London Social brunch, the team made us all feel right at home. Their professionalism, their dedication and their good humour knew no bounds. The restaurant looks amazing and the quality and selection of food and drinks is superb. I can thoroughly recommend this brunch. A must do.
It's among the best hotels I've stayed in in Dubai. I was there for a meeting for two nights and the room was spacious, the service was great and the venue is simply lovely. I'll be visiting it again soon, highly recommend it
This hotel has the best location. The indoors and outdoors are very scenic. Attended a meeting here. The hospitality of the staff is amazing. Everyone from the team is extremely helpful and quick. The food was great. Dadhi and his team are wonderful.
Extraordinary hotel with amazing facilities and out of this world brunch. Their weekend brunch at Caravan is awesome. They brought you London to Dubai!!! Different cuisines, markets, yummy food, cool cocktails and great vibes. Highly recommended if you are looking to have the best weekend ever.

I stayed at the hotel shortly before lockdown and experienced an absolute 5 star experience. Situated in a good location, close to some good restaurants and short walking distance to the beach. Large pool, and well kept huge gardens. Loads of tucked away chill zones within the hotel. Rooms are spacious and modern with excellent views of the beach from the balconies. Bathrooms are huge and room service is on time everytime and they do an awesome job. The staff are so friendly throughout the hotel from front desk to garden staff. The in house restaurant does a huge and fantastic breakfast buffet with a large selection of dishes from around the world. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Dubai.

Location:nThe location of the hotel is very great, itu2019s in JBR and there is a multi shops, restaurants, and coffee shop surrounding the hotel.nStaff:nThe staffu2019s are very friendly and helpful, they are very professional and considering any occasions of their guest for free of charge, they do the need full arrangement to make them happy.nRoom:nThe are clean and the size is very good with an amazing view, they provide a good room service twice a day, they provide any extra serviceu2019s when ever the gust need in fast way, they need only to consider the mattress of the bed and pillow comfortably.

Afternoon tea is amazing here! I went for a baby shower, the set up was lovely and the hotel did all of the confetti appropriate decor on the tables, the customer service was very good and the best part: unlimited food and beverages! Honestly, it was fantastic value! I will definitely be going again. I love afternoon teas and this was the best value in my opinion and a lovely experience.
Lovely meal on Christmas Day Champagne Buffet, delicious food, lovely location, good music would recommend. One slight complaint the service let them down, had to ask for drinks & clearing obviously due to demand but that's not our concern. Lovely singers in the lounge in the evening. Have visited a number of times recently 11/2020 for a private celebration and time on the pool, they never disappoint
