InterContinental Dubai Festival City

Loved it, great hotel; Its location is beautiful and adjacent to the Festival Mall. It is held on a daily basis during the evening period, every half hour, a show of fountains with lasers, fire, and others, which is very enjoyable. Many activities and events are also held behind the hotel and adjacent to the mall. The hotel is comfortable and has a wonderful view. There are many international restaurants in it, and there are many wonderful restaurants near it. I recommend it to families

Outstanding from the moment you walk in! The team welcomes you as if you’re family! world charm and all the service Fabulous breakfast daily included (oh the cappuccino!) and the rooms are delightful! Someone is there at the desk 24/7 if you need anything! Everyone there goes above and beyond to make your visit wonderfully memorable! The location is great too - walking distance to everything and they will assist you booking any tours if you so desire.

Great location, scrumptious food and amazing staff throughout the hotel but the service and staff at club lounge was above and beyond, exceeding every expectation. Check in for club lounge was very fast and efficient, staff very knowledgeable. The club lounge 1 bedroom suite was clean, spacious and with a breathtaking view.

Lovely designed hotel. Service is friendly but a bit understaffed so long waits, particularly painful after long travel.nnLots of food options in nearby mall too, and access to ferry system.nnI stayed one night after flying from abroad and is less than 10 min from Terminal 1 and is very quiet.nnGood redemption for IHG (in particular if you have free night certificate from Chase).

Stayed for a couple of days. The receptionist made my check in easy and was attentive to details. The hotel is nice, furniture is stylish and not outdated, room size is very good, the breakfast buffet is amazingly delish and full of variety from different cuisines and the decor is marvelous. The view from the room is perfect. Plenty of parking spaces at the basement too. Truly enjoyed my stay there.

Very beautiful view, staff are excellent and helpful. I’ve been going to this hotel for more than 5 years and it has never failed to satisfy me. The breakfast has a large variety of cuisines and most of it tastes great. The spa is out of this world, it feels heavenly. One of the best spas in Dubai. The location is amazing because it’s connected to the mall and everything is close to you which is very convenient. The fountain shows are awesome and fun. I also like the idea of the small shops outside. They have a huge underground parking area so that’s great!

Excellent place, extraordinary restaurants, trully friendly and capable staff, humble and prepared chefs, best food and fresh ingredients, clean, beautifully and functional environment. The only thing that this hotel is missing are the resident shows like in Las Vegas for guest not to have the need to ever leave the premise. Attached to the huge mall with even more food options, an top pool to enjoy over daytime. Look for hidden sauna!

Since opening, we're regular have stayed. Beside often our business partner and friends. The executive lounge at 26 floor is with an excellent service, friendly and competent staff. As in whole hotel, since we're went many years ago at Dubai Creek first Intercontinental. The rooms are large and most suits we tried or visited, as our guests were staying are exellent, a little bit disturbing was sometime outside the smell of the water at certain places of the complex. A place we always go back.

I stayed three nights at this property. It’s a very nice property at a great location with many rooms and ballroom for accommodating guests of large sizes and conduct Corporate events. The rooms are spacious and has all amenities. The food is awesome with cuisine from all parts of the world. The breakfast area crowd management can be improved, though the food replenishment and service on the table is quick.nnThe five star rating was denied because of their horrible concierge/housekeeping delivery. A request for water bottles took close to an hour with multiple calls. Still the guy came with towels instead of water bottles!!! When this property is offering bookings for large groups possibly their efficiency drops down.

The Hardware of the hotel is good. But the Service especially in Club Intercontinental lets much to be desired.nnWe checked out in the lounge. We were told an amount that our card will be charged. The lounge staff then had problem to print the invoice. He advised that will take care that the invoice is sent soon.nnThe invoice never arrived.nI was charged more than he told menHotel is not available via Phone (no Departement answers)nAfter emailing back and forth they tell me the lounge agent forgot The last night.nThe are not willing to correct their mistake.nnSorry but 5 Star Service looks different for me.

I enjoined my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices are good compared to other places.nThere is a big mall close to the hotel there plenty of shops and restaurants also there a theme park for kids and movie theater.

Our flight arrived very early in the morning and they allowed us a very early check in (because our room was free) which was amazing because I could catch up on sleep and still have a full day. The pool was amazing, I have seen some reviews about building blocking the sun but this is only the case in the morning up to 10:00am which is not a problem at all because I was at breakfast and we used the gym. The pool staff are amazing: everyone one of them, I wish I could put all there names here but truly they are so lovely and helpful! Always smiling and laughing! The reception staff were equally as great! Especially Elisa who allowed us to have a late check out (with a charge which isn’t a problem) as our flight was at 1:00am in the morning. The breakfast, the drinks, the food and the buffets all amazing and there are options of all the restaurants in the mall to go to for dinner if you do not enjoy the hotels option. The mall is less than a 2 minute walk! Just such an amazing time and I couldn’t ask for more. Also the views! Perfect! Thank you for much everyone!

I had a very pleasant stay here. It’s a well appointed hotel with an excellent range of facilities, ideal if attending a conference as all that’s needed is under 1 roof. Excellent range of restaurants on site and many more in easy walking distance in the adjacent mall. The staff were all superb and couldn’t be more helpful.

A bit disappointed. Room was a good size for Dubai and fantastic view over the Creek. Good range of toiletries. Comfy bed and quiet. Strange lighting system which turns off everything including the electrics which makes it then difficult to charge phones at night. The toilet flush is very difficult as you have to press in very hard with only one finger. Customer service in the restaurant is not excellent as it took four requests to get a cup of tea. Inside eating was better though. Felt uncomfortable drinking in the bar at night as there were ladies there looking for customers. Not what is expected at a five star hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at the InterContinental Dubai - Festival (IHG). The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.u00a0 Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
