Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Apartments

Really enjoyed the time at the hotel. Everyone you meet is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was cleaned every day. The view of the balcony is spectacular. Also the 24/7 room Service worked well. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. The Location is an advantage as the Metro is right next to the Hotel. Many locations are easy to reach.

They have a good service. The staffs are kind and accomodating. They address room issues immediately and they make sure that our stay in the apartment is comfortable. My son also enjoy every morning greeting with staffs. Especially Raymond the doorman in the lobby. He became my son's no. 1 greeter in the morning.

The best hotel in the world that I have ever experienced!!! Great food and nice and elegant interior of the room. We stayed at this hotel for 7 unforgettable days in the room 2812 and we really enjoyed the stay, food and excellent service of the hotel staff. Especially, I would like to note an outstanding service and assistance of the hotel staff named Mr Raymond who works as a doorman at this hotel! He was really helpful and friendly to us and our partners!!!! We appreciate all the efforts and great service provided by this amazing hotel and its staff!!!

There are some fixtures in the together that needed to be fixed. The cleanliness is not much as well in the rooms. But the rooms are great and the ambience as well. Also me and family stayed because of our group activity so the function room's air-conditioning was not able to cool the crowd.

The hotel is next to Dubai Internet City metro which is a very strong USP of the hotel if you are going to travel by metro..the area is nice..the breakfast spread is nice and includes Indian breakfast options everyday. The rooms are big ..nice and clean...I stayed in one of the suites and never in my life have I lived in such a big suit for the price I paid not even in India which is dirt cheap. It's a truly value for money hotel especially if you are going with family. Suites contain 2 bedrooms and a drawing room along with dining space. The only major concern was slow room service and also they charged a security deposit of 500 AED which I have never paid at any other hotel. Payments through international card at hotel is also not encouraged as they charged upwards of 8% in currency conversion.

They are the best and their customer care service is top notch. I havent seen such a professional service and support from any hotel in Dubai. If you are visiting Dubai, please just close eyes and book this hotel, I'm telling you, you will be thank me later for reading this review. We love this place, simply. Very cozy, very respectful staff, very responsive and helpful. The rooms are AMAZING! From main area to bedrooms to toilets. The space is just great. We love staying at Mercury's Barsha Heights the Suites. Thanks to every single one works in this place. Keep up the excellent work guys 👏

Longest checkin time I've ever had in a hotel. Told to come back after an hour as the room wasn't ready. Came back after two hours just to be sure, and it still took a long time to get a room. A few people were still waiting as well. The receptionist next to the person dealing with me even tried to take our room back off us to give to his guest. Also while checking in, there was a notice about the hot water being shut off that night. If I'd known that, I'd have booked another hotel. Breakfast was fairly basic but decent enough. Location of the hotel is good as its right next to a metro station.

Conveniently located next to the metro station. Rooms are nice and clean. Good room rates. Value for money. Restaurant downstairs has a nice breakfast buffet. Coffee and yummy pastries available downstairs in the lobby coffee shop. Nearby plaza has a pronto store, coffee shop, papa johns, burger king and gas station.

Whenever we have guests, we always advise them to stay here. Their one and two bedroom serviced hotel apartments are perfect for a family of 3-5. Having your own kitchen and laundry makes it feel like a home away from home. Itu2019s ideally located next to the Dubai Internet city metro station, so you have access to the entire city using the tram and trains. I have stayed there myself during a pest control project at my house, and have nothing but a good review of the chain. I highly recommend it for location and facilities.

It was a wonderful experience. Very spacious and well furnished accommodation. Clean and habitable. Hotel is located close to shops and train station for ease of movement.nnFood was great. Breakfast was awesome and my family always looked forward to it. The Chefs were amazing and very warm and receptive especially Ambrose. I got a birthday cake for my birthday and that made my entire day.

Absolutely horrible reception team, including concierge. I came as a visitor and fasting in Ramadan and could not provide the full name of the booked room (as it was booked by a third party) and I could not contact them at the time (I tried). The reception refused to hand me my car from the valet. They held my car for over half an hour as they took me from desk to desk (over 3 times) and kept asking me the same questions and I had to explain a billion times. None of them took any responsibility and just kept handing the case over to the next person. It felt like an extortion. Not a single receptionist nor the concierge nor the long-term receptionist were apologetic or showed any form of empathy. And when I get upset they start saying u201cwithout getting upset siru201d like seriously? It literally felt like I was getting extorted for my car. Iu2019m going around from desk to desk for half an hour just to get my car keys backu2026MY OWN CAR, MY PROPERTY.nAt least on a small positive note, the bellhop standing outside (big man) was very kind. But that doesnu2019t overshadow the horrible reception you see inside

Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights is one of my favorite hotels in Dubai.nI'm staying for a week here.nThe location is super close to Metro Station, only a 2-minute walk from the back door.nRooms are large and clean, with a good view of the city. It's actually an apartment.nStaff are very friendly and polite.nThe prices are good.nI recommend visiting this place and stay in it while you are in Dubai.

The hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, the customer service (especially at the reception) is tragic. Check-in is super slow and I heard twice that the room is not ready (I waited for room few hours after official check-in started). A few hours later, my room card stopped working - the employees at the reception were sending me between them. Apparently speaking on the phone is more important than the client...nGenerally, I do not recommend the hotel.

Really happy with this hotel apartment, the apartment was so spacious and clean! The location was excellent and there was everything you needed nearby. Metro was right outside the door. The staff were lovely and check in went smoothly. I'll definitely be back for sure! We booked really early to get a good deal, if you leave it later you will pay alot more, but the money is worth it!

Its wonderful to be at Mercure Dubai.nnWe happen to move in for an anniversary celebration. Right from the booking of the event to execution of service delivery. The whole experience was very smooth and fantastic. It was well managed in all aspects like F&B;, Space and neatness of the event hall.nnI was highly appreciated by my CEO for identifying such a wonderful space and with in the budget with excellent service.

Visited Mercure for the first time and I was amazed by the great customer service! All the staff were so accommodating especially from the Concierge guys, Was greeted by Okon and got to taste a good creation of cocktails from the Exit bar... the quick bite was so delicious. My room was also fantastic with the nice skyline view from the terrace. Will definitely come back again.
