Service is really good, especially the housekeeping department. Made sure to really clean my room and sanitize everything. Hotel staffs are very approachable and welcoming. Housekeeping staffs are very nice and accommodating.

They charge us AED 100 for the two TVs remote control!!???nThey claim they did not find them inside the apartment.nI paid AED 5,223.24, Why do we steal the remote control??nDespicable!!nThey took advantage of their guests.nI would recommend to avoid.

Stayed in Royal Continental Suites on Marasi Drive for 2 weeks. Had a one bed apartment and it was a nice set up with everything needed for a comfortable stay, although you will need to buy your own consumables (e.g. washing up liquid, dishcloths, tea towels, laundry detergent etc) as there were not provided. Hotel location is a little bit off the beaten track and not particularly convenient. Basically, you will need a taxi to get everywhere and taxiu2019s can be hard to find at peak hours of around 7-9pm. That said, it is very convenient for the canal, which is a good flat stretch for a run or walk and there are a couple of restaurants/bars nearby and a decent supermarket. You can walk further, but as of March 2022, most of the pavements are sand or gravel nearby and it takes a good 30 mins to get across to the other side of the canal (which is where most of the main places tended to be). Staff were helpful. Had a bit of an issue when I tried to extend by a couple of days as they tried to charge much higher daily rates at checkout than I had paid for the 2 week stay which didnu2019t leave a good impression. However, this was somewhat resolved after a robust discussion. Balcony was described as city view, but was basically the empty building opposite. Also there is a constant hum from the nearby highway but you do get used to it and it was manageable. I was on the 2nd floor so may be better on the higher floors. Top tip: get the Talabat app. They deliver most things (groceries, pharmacy and takeaway food etc) in 20-30 mins. Very good service and highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely place. Although our aircon in the common area did not work and no one came to fix it. Some amenities we had to call for, usually we would expect it to be in the room. Room service did not fully understand English so was hard to communicate. But other than that, highly pleased with the stay.

Great place to do short/extended stays in the business bay area, specifically if you choose the canal side. We got a one-bed apartment with garden access. The experience was great!

I recommend it to families, a beautiful and clean hotel in which you feel like home because of the hospitality and treatment of the staff

The place is extremely great .. its exceptional.. the rooms are big. Amazing-best view.. big balcony great service.. the staff are one of the most perfect staff ive ever dealt with.. its clean .. new hotel.. very professional.. one of the hotels that you will keep on booking in over and over..
