Mandarin Oriental Doha

New, elegant and luxurious hotel. Close to important attractions such as the museums and the souk. Front desk and concierge treatment were sensational. The best treatment ever. Couldn't have made a better choice in Doha.

Simply first class. I have stayed at some very nice hotels but the staff here are the best I have experienced. They couldn’t be better, always striving to go the extra mile and finding ways to enhance my stay. Particular call out to Nazeem, Nellie, Ousama and Victoria. Can’t be faulted. Simply fantastic and well done to all involved. The hotel itself is perfect, resort feel but fantastic location with top notch decor and facilities. House keeping manager was also fantastic, coming around every night to ensure my room was perfect. Also really valued the GM speaking to me. That also means a lot and he is doing a phenomenal job. Congratulations to everyone

Staff consistently incredibly responsive. Head of housekeeping repeatedly checked in to ensure all was well with me. My 80year old mother was so well taken care of she insisted on staying at the MO for an additional 3 days! Really have come to love their unique brand of service. Thus far in my opinion it is unrivaled! Looking forward to visiting MO’s at other locations. Will just have to stick to the Four Seasons in LA, USA as no MO:) Thank you for your incredible service!

The place is nicely located towards the center of this downtown (I believe it’s a new building/downtown) and it’s a piece of art. The facilities are definitely 5 star, with cleanness, service, courtesy, quality. The management is very attentive to details; I forgot turn of the “don’t disturb” sign twice during my visit, and they texted me asking if I needed any help with making the room. The security checkpoint at the entrance is perhaps the only annoyance I’d like to point out, as I had my backpack with me every time I went out of the hotel that had to be rechecked, but I understand why it’s there. Overall, very nice experience staying at this hotel.

Words cannot describe how beautiful and AMAZING this hotel and the staff are. The concierge desk went above and beyond to look for and help us try to locate our lost luggage and even going as far as to the airport to look for it. This trip would not have been amazing without them! This was the first time visiting this country and we will be back to stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The staff was always helpful at breakfast and had great recommendations for the local food. The lobster night was to die for and the spa was very relaxing. I recommend the lymphatic massage, it definitely helps the body reset itself. Great Experience!! A lot of places are within walking distance which is great. Remember to drink lots of water when you go! We went in June and it was hot! Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Your stay will be superb.

The service was fantastic. Very responsive and staff eager to please , always smiling. Breakfast was amazing. The bedroom decor was incredible.

The hotel was exquisite; beautiful and clean room and spacious tub, very nice gesture from the hotel staff for my anniversary, and the breakfast was the most delicious we have had. I think the stay at Mandarin was made extraordinary for my wife and I by all the staff, Osamah and his colleagues at the reception, Shankar and his colleagues at the Concierge, the housekeeping team, and the restaurant.nnThey have made it a hotel I would came back to, and would recommend for all my family and friends.nnMany thanks to all.

Luxury hotel locate din the new Msheireb area (Heart of Doha).nHotel lobby is not located in the entrance level, you need to go up by elevator to get the relatively small lobby area. highly recommended for luxury travelers, overlooking the big Msheireb square.

Anniversary details and quality of products was over the top. Breakfast was one of the best if not the best we are been to. Service was top notch. Amazing property!

Fantastic service; the best we've experienced anywhere, let alone in Doha. The room was spacious with plenty of room for us all even with the cot and extra bed. Food was wonderful, decor and setting beautiful with so much light coming through in every room which surprised us given the central location in Mushreib!nNothing was too much trouble; the service and attention to detail was wonderful and made us feel right at home. Amazing stay again. The suite was a great size, very comfy bed and the service was excellent as always. Breakfast was delicious, the Ramadan buffet was great too. Can't wait to stay again!

The blinds in the room do not fully close, which means light comes into the room. We stayed in at a weekend which meant we looked forward to sleeping in. Unfortunately the bright sunlight meant we didnu2019t have a very restorative sleep at all.nnThe hotel also has a strong sewage smell. This seems like something easy to fix. Itu2019s quite unfortunate because when one thinks of the Mandarin Oriental, the olfactory aspect is quite highly respected in the brand. When in reality the place smelled like ****, literally. It was most prominent in the room at night.

On arriving at the hotel I did not expect a5***** experience because of the frontal view of the facility. But as soon as I entered the elevator and was brought to the front desk the staff began to provide the kind of service I expected from a5 star facility. The staff were true ambassadors and I am truly grateful for the experience

I had a very positive experience during my one week stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Check-in was smooth, room service was timely and very good. The room was kept in immaculate condition. So too the entire property. Service in the dining area was excellent. Security was also very good.

We had an incredible experience. The staff was welcoming, kind, sincere and attentive. They made it truly special. The rooms were very comfortable and well outfitted for all of our needs and the location was perfect, easily accessible from all the things we wanted to do in the city. However, the team of people at the MO Doha are what really brought it to life, they are amazing! Would highly recommend.

I went to Doha for an intensive 4-days of business meetings and chose this hotel because of its location and architecture. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in the world (top 3 best hotels on my list). The staff were very attentive and have a personalized experience that made the overall stay extremely memorable. The amenities, aesthetics, food, spa, gym, and other comforts of the hotel are all top-notch. The commitments to sustainability are admirable and a step in the right direction. It was a memorable experience and I will certainly return!

From house keeping personal to restaurants and spa managers, all are friendly, helpful in a classy manner. Every thing I asked for was there. I am grateful and I am coming back for sure.

I have stayed in a lot of different hotels around the world but Mandarin Oriental Doha was absolutely exquisite. The service is beyond excellent and everyone from the concierge team, room service and restaurant Izu staff has gone above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us with the strangest requests! I have never experienced such a memorable treatment from any hotel staff anywhere else in the world. Thank you so much for being absolutely incredible at what you do. You guys are the best!

Exceptional service. The hotel meets and even exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious with all the amenities you expect to find in a 5* hotel. The personnel was very friendly and helpful to all of our needs. Breakfast was amazing at the Mosaic restaurant.

It was my first stay at the MO and I am definitely a fan! I have stayed in many beautiful luxurious hotel during my travels but the MO has something special and unique. The personalized service, friendliness and attentiveness to your comfort and wellbeing was consistent and constant through my stay. Highly recommended!
