Sheraton Montazah Hotel

First: the room is old, the furniture is also old, the refrigerator does not work well, but in an acceptable way. As for the service, it is very good, especially the food and the view from the balcony. The price is very high.

The location overlooking the sea is fantastic. However the rooms are tidy and the furniture is outdated. It's time for a good maintenance. You can enjoy the pool or go to the private beach.

The room and service was excellent, however the wifi did not reach the room and that was somewhat infuriating. Other than that one mishap, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The view from the presidential suite is unrivaled in Alexandria.

The rooms are so tiny but well organized and clean.nThe pool is amazing experience with music and clean area.nThe service are rather kind and very active and helpful.nThe location isn't the best location but still an active area with a food court full of restaurants just at the back street of the hotel.

The staff are super nice working hard to keep this place going but this hotel is in desperate need for renovation, which has started from the outside. The renovation work means covered building and drilling noise throughout the day. Pool and beach small but well looked after.nBreakfast was nice but nothing exceptional except for the staff service.

The hotel is run down, rooms have leaking faucets, outdated sockets, creaking doors, and much more. Also, for some reason, the pool area smells like a horse barn. Given its location, I believe it's more suitable for one day conferences and the like. Definitely not for vacation or relaxing.

The worst hotel with 5 stars, i have ever stayed in !nn- very old, tiny rooms, old pool, very laud, the beach is very dirty! In general, the hotel is absolutely not for a vacation!n- I can't even believe that this hotel was awarded 5 stars! 3 stars are even so much!

I was travelling with the family and relatives, we were a group of families. So I was worried about the overall experience for everyone because it's hard to make everyone.nnSheraton did not let me down! The stay was absolutely amazing, everyone enjoyed their time, and I was pleased that my guests were happy.nnThe staff is friendly and very welcoming. The pool is super amazing and clean, we spent hours by the pool, and the beach is very nice.nnWe took high floor rooms overseeing the sea and the view was spectacular.nnOn behalf of the group, I would like to thank you all for the amazing experience that we had, we really enjoyed our stay and you made our vacation superb!

The stuff is super friendly. The rooms are very old and not at its best. A maintenance is ongoing in the fau00e7ade, it is noisy in the rooms during the day. The pool area is quite and nice. The Food is good.

I'm surprised that this is a sheraton hotel- the rooms are so old (old to the extent that I was locked inside the bathroom because of the low maintenance of its door) the furniture looks 30 years old, tiny balcony.. and the beach is so tiny with no privacy (next to the main road and the beach is its view, you can hear the cars all the time)nI don't understand why it's not taking care of to be honest! It has a wonderful view!!!nI regret paying the money for this experience.

Good quality due to price.. and has a notable location in front of the see.. good food and clean service.. not very far away from middle of the town.. Good stuff and comfortable environment..
