Great location, super friendly front desk, many elevators and very speedy also! Super quiet room with microwave and another sink in the room. Nice mini bar with milk and spring water. Clean room with great hair dryer and excellent shampoo and body wash. Spa was awesome! Will come next time again!

A really great place! Perfectly located in the city center for all that Brisbane has to offer. From check-in to every further contact with employees, I only met friendly and competent people. The room was very clean and all public areas made a well-kept impression. The next opportunity will be booked again at the Capri.

Fantastic customer service; brings food delivered upto room, refills shampoo etc when requested, re made beds when requested with no issue or trouble involved. Friendly and kind staff. Great room, clean and spacious with great little kitchenette add on. Request of bath in room fulfilled. We were only meant to stay 2 nights and stayed 3 due to how awesome the hotel was! Fabulous pool.

The room was great but I spotted mold in the shower and the room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures online. The location was great, close to the botanical gardens and Riverstage where we saw the Offspring in concert. It did have a refrigerator and microwave as well as a sink and basic dishes. Also a nice indoor pool as well as saunas but my husband and I couldn’t go into the sauna together as they were gender specific. The bed was comfortable and a fairly good view from our room on the 18th floor. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance too. Overall, it was a little pricey for the actual accommodation but it was nice to be able to walk to the concert and take in the gardens and they did provide free covered parking.

Overall, it was really nice.nJust very unfortunate that my room was not cleaned (stains on desk from a drink spill from previous stayer) and when having my first night's shower, the shampoo and Conditioner were empty. Housekeeping did come and attend to my concerns an hour later, so the service was good, but should be more diligent on ticking off their check-list when preparing each room.

Room was clean and tidy, daily room service. However the curtain opener had been broken off the wall and the room needed some love even though looking like it was renovated recently. Lots of scuff marks in the room.nnVery good gym facilities. Heated indoor pool good for a quick swim before bed, pool open until 10pm.

The staff was friendly, receptive and accommodating. Nothing was a problem. The gym, pool, sauna was amazing. Great location. Good price

Last night in Brisvagas so we decided to hit the cocktails. Ricky Martin was our cocktail maker…best Margaritas ever. The best thing was his joyful nature and fun sense of humour. Thank you Ricky for making our last night memorable… you Champion!

Facilities are fantastic. Location central and convenient. The room is good, but was not cleaned properly on arrival. Bed had hair and very obvious marks on top and bottom sheets. This was rectified the next day. No porta cot even though requested. Otherwise staff very friendly and would stay again.

Sometimes things don't go to plan. During my 7 night stay at Capri there were some issues with cleaning. However, the staff at the front desk where lovely and when I raised the issues with management they offered me compensation as a token to offset the inconveniences. (In 7 nights my room was only cleaned 3 times. Not worried about someone making my bed, but I had to call down for more coffee, toiletries, and even took out my own bin). I have been told they are reviewing their challenges with the external cleaning company and I hope they get it resolved as most the recent reviews seem to mention it.

The rooms weren't overly clean. Walls had marks all over them, hair was scattered on the sheets and in the bathroom.nThe shower had pretty low pressure too.nnI found Laundry Facilities and the gym area good for on the go traveler. Also there is a sauna and steam room available 👍.nModern-ish look of the hotel, and interesting artwork at reception.

Bed was good and room ok but hotel services basically non existent in a property that is not exactly at budget end. Request for milk to make a cup of tea took two hours until we asked again and went down to reception to collect personally. Also room service went to a message bank that no one responded to on several occasions.. Far better value and services elsewhere

Brilliant hotel, service is excellent. Rooms are perfect with all the facilities we need. We always enjoy our stay here and will keep coming back.nOnly small issue is that the parking used to be free and now costs $$, other than that perfect!!
