The place is seriously run down. The pictures donu2019t match the current state. The windows in my room was directly facing a concrete wall - like half a meter away. The windows were supposed to be able to open, but was stuck in place. The a/c was not working properly.nBad noise insulation. Rude staff.

Location of hotel was great, the room i had, may have been the smallest in the hotel! The room itself, needs some maintenance, and the sound of every footstep across the ceiling from the hotel guest above me was incredibly annoying. Would want to check the other rooms before going back. Staff were friendly.

This is my second time staying here, first time I spent a month and this time I spent 2 months.nI loved this place the first time and the second time I loved it even more till I saw a RAT in my room the last week of my stay.nThe cleaner and maintenance team killed the rat and tried to make it seem like it wasnu2019t even there and I was delusional.nMy room was changed immediately but that was it, I donu2019t know where the rat came from or if the whole hotel has rats.nThere was no urgency from the staff after it was killed, and I am sure this was not the first time it has happened. Stay here at your own will.

Stayed here from 14 to 18 Dec at Room 208. Great housekeeping team which kept the room so tidy n clean. Unfortunately, the dryer in the room is not working. I have to everytime bring my wet laundry to the lower ground laundry room to use the dryer. To make matter worse, there is only one (out of 2) dryer that is working. I really don't wish to share dryer with others during this pandemic. Will be back here for another 3 weeks cause I have paid for stay. Hopefully, I get a better room with a functioning dryer.

Stayed here on and off during the few months that my previous flat had a leak. Vijay and his team were always so friendly, accommodating and wonderful. When we had to leave our flat at 5am due to the leak he was able to accommodate us into a room right away. Weu2019ve stayed in several of the rooms and they were all great- spacious, clean and well appointed. Weu2019ve moved to another flat close to this place and every time we walk by it we miss it! It always felt like a home away from home.
