Le Méridien Al Aqah | Spring Getaway

We loved the location and all rooms had the ocean view. The pool was big and spacious. The entire property is filled with fun things to do like mini golf, water sports, beach access, games like badminton, tennis and table tennis. Lots of options for dining toO.

Amazing service from this team. Nothing is too much from the beach and pool staff to the cleaners and chefs . Multple times different chefs talking and chatting with the clients and making out favourite cuisine and dishes at request to such delicious standards. Upgraded to spacious suit with a stunning view. Highly recommend this place if you want to be looked after

The staff are actually the best, so lovely. Really felt at home and taken care of. Great environment, lovely attention to detail. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The restaurants on the premises offer great meals. I really have no complaints about anything tbh. Hope to visit again soon.

Fantastic hotel with all facilities and amazing views. The breakfast was amazing with great variety of items. Dinner could have been better. The staff was excellent. The past part was the room which was so spacious and I loved it. The view from room balcony was spectacular.

Perfect location with beautiful view. Rooms its big, with nice big balcony. Receptionist Ms. Kumari was very nice and helpful.....kids like activities, kids club. Breakfast nice, but need sometime a change. Seem breakfast every day. Housekeeping very fast. Location its amazing. With nice beach.

Well very disappointed this use to be a very nice hotel and grate service that I can say the pool staff amazing service but I stay in room 305 and plugs look like itu2019s going to burn down no plug work but only one bath not draining house keeping just simple donu2019t care even if you call just simply no service then room service canu2019t even make a simple martini ud83cudf78 drink I stay here before and it was amazing but now thy just donu2019t care even you call donu2019t expect assistance if you stay listen the location amazing a grate place for family and pool etc amazing but sad to see how it gone backwards in so little time maybe it for that we only stay one night I think . Again itu2019s a amazing place but lack a bit in customer service / room Service but in general it a nice hotel very chill out nice to get out of the city life and to relax

A good resort for family and couples. To escape the busy city life and relax by the beach. The rooms however could be better. Rooms are clean and toilets are big with bath tub shower separate. A decent breakfast and lots of restaurants. A little pricy but good

We are visiting this place at least once per year for the past 6 years. Amazing resort. Friendliest staff. Excelent food and good variety. Huge clean pool. Kids friendly. Kids pool. Kids playing area inside and outside. Huge gym. Big clean rooms. Fast room service. Nice beach with plenty of seating areas. I think the only complaint is the missing covered parking.

I've stayed at this property several times and it's always amazing. The staff are so professional and always happy to help. The property is well maintained and the views are breathtaking. I strongly recommend this hotel

This is our first time to stay here, but even just for 1night, we had a memorable stay. The activities they have, we enjoyed a lot and the view was so relaxing. Great experience to the Views restaurant. So delicious all the food (breakfast and dinner). The staffs were so friendly and approachable. Special thanks to sir Mani and Lijesh.

Iconic location and awesome view of the serene gulf sea. Check in was quick and assistance was on hand for any queries. We checked in on the 12th floor which provided us a bird's eye view of the hotel and the surrounding hotels in the vicinity. We were able to watch a sunrise from the hotel room balcony. The hotel serves a sumptuous breakfast spread which is suitable for all palates. The staff are friendly and listen to feedback with a smile. The private beach area is relaxing and the lounge area has ample trees providing shade. Can be visited all year round if the heat is bearable during the summer for a benefit of the off season discount on the room rate.

Right from the doorman to the receptionist to the manager to the cleaning service to the chef all showed exceptional professionalism and they all gave it their personal touch. I didnu2019t award 5 stars because the place is looking a bit jaded and is probably due a refresh. Lack of valet parking and covered parking spaces also a bit disappointing, but at the end of the day the hotel was excellent value for money. You get more than you pay for here!

Beautiful location, the balconies are too die for. Very nice staff. They have mini golf, kids pool, tennis courts, huge adult pool, a bar by the pool and some good restaurants. Really relaxed place. You can also go diving with Al Boom diving that's attached to the hotel.

Amazing place. Did a weekend staycation for 2 nights. Staff is so polite and very well trained. I have nothing even remotely negative to write here.nThis is an experience. Bliss. Blue skies by the beach and backdrop of the mountains with great restaurants, lot of activities for kids and clean comfortable rooms.nI will be going back for sure.

Excellent location , very nice staff and very helpful.nFood is very good and to your satisfaction if you are not happy About the food,the chef will meet you and will get you the food you like.Rooms are spacious and nice view on the ocean. Huge heated swimming pool. Highly recommended.

I am presently staying in this hotel & will be leaving on Wednesday. I have to say this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are large & of a high standard. The beds are so cosy & the sea view is beautiful on a morning. The food is of an excellent standard with lots of choice& the staff are extremely helpful. The only thing is you are far away from any towns, shops or restaurants. So your stay should be purely for relaxation. My areas for improvement is that there is no indoor bar that is open so you can only drink outside in the beach bars which can be cold at times. I have also noticed that there are signs indicating that children under 16 should be accompanied at all times especially in the pool. It appears these rules are not adhered. I have noticed children more so from large families are aloud to go into the pools with no adult to supervise them. They then continue to do whatever they want. They also roam around the corridors alone & find it fun to ring apartment bells also to use the lifts as play areas. They also eat alone without their parents control. I do hope this is being addressed by management for the safety of the children. But overall a lovely stay

If you live in other Emirates, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Amazing service from the resort and staff. Will definitely be back here. Highly recommended for couples and families. Also, enjoyed the road trip to the location. A sight to behold.

To start it has to be known that the rating is highly influenced by the current Covid-19 Pandemic situation.nnIn general Le Mu00e9ridien Al aqah is an fantastic property. I have been here on numerous occasions over the years and the experience has always been great.nnMy most recent experience was pretty decent as well, although not the same as my earlier visits.nnSome of the facilities (like the Spa) were not completely open due to the global pandemic and hence it felt a bit lacking.nnThe food option were also limited as well, again due to the global pandemic. There weren't a lot of varieties and you can't blame them.nnThe staff on the other hand were extremely friendly and took good care of the guest.nnDefinitely looking forward to coming back here.

Super convenient for kids and babies! I love the convenience of how everything is so closely located.. ramps are everywhere.. pools, restaurants, pool and beach are so close to each other at the same time spacious.. greenery is lovely.. pool is big.. beach is cool with small fish flying on the surface.. rooms are clean and spacious only a bit old but very fine.. amazing view from the balcony.. good and helpful staff and service.. crib and extra bed came fast and clean.. Restaurants also look lovelyy we just ate at the sea food one and was very good so far but we'll try the rest today and tomorrow..
