Just want to share the experience we had at this place. So, after 3 hour drive from Dubai, directed to Liwa, we wanted to make a lunch break. We arrive at the entrance and the security wouldn’t let us pass since we don’t have a reservation. We call the reception, they confirm we can enter. Later on, the security still won’t let us pass since he doesn’t have a confirmation. We called 4 times and WAITED FOR 1 HOUR in front of the gates. I have never experienced anything similar in my life, and I’ve visited places far more beautiful and luxurious place. Therefore, I strongly discourage visiting a hotel that treats its guests in such a way.

Amazing place, service is beyond expectations. The Duna hard driving was a unique experience thanks Saleem for laughing and enjoying with us. Accommodations are impeccable and they upgraded our room and we couldn't ask for more. A place to repeat and perfect stop in our Honeymoon.

Magic place in the desert, breathtaking views, hearty and great staff providing impeccable service… a never to forget experience! Kids loved the teens club and the sports and animal activities. The pool area with bar and restaurant is outstanding, in particular if you consider that you’re surrounded by sand dunes. An absolute “must return to” destination.
