The house was constructed in 1993 and completed in approximately 6 months. The building only used +/- 40 000 bricks whereas a normal house of the same size would have used +/- 250 000 bricks to complete. It has 3 double bedrooms, a dining room, study, family room, kitchen, lounge and ensuite bathrooms. There is only one entrance with the garages nestled at the narrower base of the building. Maintenance costs for a house like this are a bit less than your traditionally contracted home.
