Average indian food. It is not for me since there are better quality-price restaurants in Doha. Besides, the packaging is so too much for the small size portions (although the meal name executive box 4 ;). You feel u pid mostly for the wasteful packaging, and hurt the environment as well.
We took our usual way out for a quick tour to review food places and thought of paying a visit at Jamavar. The staff deputed were professionals and courteous. A wide variety of menu to choose from and ordered some dishes all were up-to the mark. Specially their chicken biryani i must recommend and the pricing is affordable. Its highly recommended from my side ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tucked away in the corner - a level below the lobby is the Indian restaurant called Jamavar.nnOrdered the chicken tikka masala, dal tadka and mutton chop Biryani. Must mention the missi roti it’s aroma and kadakness reminded me of the winter nights of Delhi.nnThe mutton chops Biryani was the highlight as it’s a unique idea. The only issue is the struggle with the bones of the chop.nnThe ambience was nice and service great. The loud music was a distraction during a business lunch though.
Our Jamavar evening experience was made special by Mr. Yogesh who calls himself a typical North Indian Guy. ud83dude01. From helping to select the dishes, desserts to taking care of the kids, he did it with flair.nnThe seating and lighting was comfortable and they have a good collection of wine.nnSpecial mention, Chef Debdash and his team for creating the wonderful spread of delicious cusine.nnAfternoon Thaali lunches are not to be missed and if you have a sweet tooth, should definitely try the Mango Rasmalai.nnOverall a great experience.

Undoubtedly, THE BEST OF THE BEST Indian Cuisine Restaurant in Qatar!!nnLove the flavors, quality, ambience, hospitality, price & the variety of scrumptious mouth watering Indian food offerings! My current Indian Go-to for the weekends, Thanks to the talented & wamly sociable head Chef Debdas and Chef Saurav.nnTheir sweets are elegantly made, to say the least. Flavored with the best, most fresh ingredients, whether its Mango Rasmalai made from fresh sweet Indian mangoes or the Firni topped with French silver work. The deserts are like no other in town!
Went for the lunch thali(2 pcs fish fry, 2 tandoori malai kebab, mutton curry, butter chicken, some rajma type curry, portion of chicken biriyani with raita and nan. Also a choice of dessert is included) . Everything was scrumptious. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Also ordered 2 mocktails which were just fine in my opinion. Only glitch was the POS machine wasn't working. So had to go and take cash from ATM.
Must visit resturant. Since it is in Sheraton. The standards are high and we expected the same. They were way above our expectations. Food was delicious.nWe tried Non Veg Thali, mutton dum biriyani, butter Nan and Butter chicken. All of them were so yummy. I am not a veg guy but I loved their Dal Makhani above all. It was the best i have had till date.
