We went to the Atrium lounge to enjoy an afternoon tea special Pink October.nThe waitress didn’t take the time to explain what was part of this special afternoon tea even though there was literally no one else.nThen, she brought 2 different mocktails as a treat, one blue and one red but she didn’t even know the flavors of the drinks.nThe taste of the « canapés » was so so. Some were dry and one was frozen-like. I was disappointed.nI wouldn’t recommend this Pink October afternoon tea there or maybe just for the peaceful atmosphere…

Went here with 2 of my good friends. We got to try Um ali. It was delicious. We also tried the Kunafaa, which was not great. Service and ambience was the best. We had Asmae as our waitress, She deserves the credit to make our experience at this place memorable.
I snipped today to meet up a client of mine at the atrium lounge , I had never had a chance to visit the place after it had been revamped . Was welcomed by the hostess Ms Kyial extremely humble and professional approach . Even the place was busy she managed to get us accommodated and helped us in explaining their signature drinks . As some one rightly said " Going above and beyond involves making customers “feel special” she is perfect example as she made sure our request on coffee was taken care and served at the earliest and also gave us an insight to their best selling desserts which are perfect choices with coffeennAlso explained on the amenities available at the hotel in case we choose Sheraton as the venue for our upcoming product launch
Been to have their famous Umm ali. It didn't disappoint. It is indeed the best umm ali in Doha. It is a large portion, more than enough for two to share. There is 15% discount for HMC/PHCC staff.
