Fantastic business hotel. Great rooms, great service and great recognition of my Diamond status. Lovely pool and good food, a bit dead in comparison to other DIFC properties but wonderful nonetheless. Thanks in particular to the lovely Vanessa and Rachelle at the front desk and the staff at St Trop including the lovely Dara who welcomes the guests and the lovely gentlemen from the Philippines and Lebanon (sorry for I forgot your names)

A hotel as it should be! We had a wonderful one week stay at this amazing place, and everything was perfect about it - the location, beautiful rooms with amazing views and bathrooms, THE BEST beds and pillows we ever slept on, and the most comfortable dressing gowns we ever had, excellent versatile breakfast with breathtaking views, excellent coffee, amazing pool and pool bar with unforgettable atmosphere, but, most importantly, THE STAFF!! everyone we met there was so friendly, welcoming and CARING! Always asking how we felt, and how we liked everything. Especially we would like to mention IBRAHIM, the Porter - he was the very first person at Waldorf who welcomed us when we just arrived very late at night, and from that first very warm, friendly and highly professional welcome Ibrahim was always around, every time we came across each other he would wonder how we were and cheer us or give a good recommendation. Thank you Ibrahim, you are a real hospitality professional and we can’t praise you enough! You really made our holiday! The lovely ladies at breakfast, housekeepers, Tania, the Zimbabwian lady at the pool, Nana (?) the Georgian lady at the pool, Adriana at concierge desk, barmen and shisha guy, the guys at the main entrance helping with taxis - THANK YOU ALL for our great week at WA! We will definitely be back!

I was in Waldorf Astoria DIFC for ten nights and I am overwhelmed with the staffs that are very friendly and polite. Names like Vanessa, Natia, Soufian, George, Charlene, Eric …. too many to remember but all the staffs are excellent. Whatever I need, the staffs will arranged it fast and full with sincerity. Hotel cleanliness are excellent. Service are excellent. Room super clean and nothing to complain. Hotel room rates are just worth the stay. A hotel that is called as family stay spirit experience. Well recommended and I will be here again for sure on the next business trip in Dubai DIFC.

I have been to many hotels around the world but this property is just not a hotel, it’s a Home. Every single person makes you feel home. So fresh, energetic, professional, friendly and so on… They made my day one of the unforgettable days ever with my partner… ❤️ A perfect room, a Bar with a beautiful pool and scenic view made everything so memorable. Hotel was so occupied but still the Check-in and the restaurant staff welcomed us like they were just waiting for us. Thank you team

As someone who has travelled throughout the world and has stayed at many high end properties this hotel is one of the top three I have stayed at. The location is accessible to everything, the rooms where high quality and the customer service was impeccable. I stayed here for 9 days in June 2021 with my family in a two room suite. The breakfast was impeccable and the hotel views were amazing. The most important aspect for me was how wonderful and welcoming they were to a family traveling with children. I would highly recommend staying here and go down and eat breakfast at Bull/Bear. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
