Great hotel clean and space of room is great and upper level have nice view. The reception is great and staff are welcoming. The only thing to take care is if you do not like soft pillows ensure you bring your own as they only have one kind.

This review is based solely on our several dine in experience over the course of the past month. The Pullman food and beverage staff have really gone above and beyond to cater to our every need during each of our visits. The food is exquisite and Chef Mehmet deserves every bit of praise for his skills in the kitchen. The iftar spread tonight was lavish and highlighted the best flavors the Orient has to offer. Service was impeccable and our server Anna made us feel especially welcome with her hospitality and eagerness tonplease. Definitely visiting again.

I visited for Ramadan Suhoor and it was very bad and disappointing experience. There was no food variety at all and very few choices. The food quality is very poor as well. The dessert was worse with fewer number of choices and worse quality. Surprisingly it is one of the most expensive Suhoor buffet in Doha!! and it definitely does not worth trying. Does not recommend it to anyone.

Very Very Net And clean Hotel in Qatar And all Services Excellent Valuable Price.nIn Hotel 24×7 CCTV Working and 24×7 Security Available. So in Pullman hotel no Chance of any Risk.nIn This hotel Score Bar, Avenue Restaurant, The M-Restaurant, JJ Food Junction, Swimming Pool and more places available that we can enjoy our time with family, Friends and Relatives.nMoreover for Special events, There is very big halls available. And reputable and honest staff also available.nSo according to me it should be 7 Star Hotel.

Location of the hotel is very convenient because its in city center. the staff were accommodating. We tried their dining restaurant which is the Avenue, the food were amazing especially the grilled shrimps and lamb, some foods were kind of salty but overall, 10/10 for us.

We went to score for the first thing and it was Really nice. Nice music and such a easy chilled vibe for Monday which is ways nice as it was out day off. Defs will be pulling in again soon :)

It is truly amazing ,from the moment you step in ,you feel like your in another world ,the service was great ,they were polite ,friendly and always serve you with a smile .It is located in the middle of Doha which means it is so convenient to get to so many places and you can walk there .

During my first stay I booked a suite room. As a platinum Accor member, I got welcome drink vouchers. The bar and the restaurant in this hotel are opened only from 5 pm that is not comfortable. When I came to the bar and provided my vouchers, I was informed that I could order only soft drinks. The bartender took my vouchers and with two his colleagues began to look the vouchers. It looked like they saw it for the first time. I went to the reception to Duty Manager who had come to the bar with me to solve this situation.nWhen I came to my room, I found a welcome gift which must be provided according to Accor standards and greeting card signed by the General Manager Mr. Ehab Barghouth. BUT it was a card addressed not me but another guest Mr. Huepping (who is it I do not know) but the first impression was spoiled.nWhen I came to the Executive lounge for a teatime, I was again unpleasantly surprised. I do not know why they say about teatime if they do not serve any tea sets. No snacks, no sandwiches, no fruits. Only 2 types of cookies were displayed.nDuring the evening happy hour, the hotel disappointed again. Soiled plates nobody removed in time and table was full of dirty plates.nOn the second day I was impressed again. The chief delivered instead of hot dish two plates of chips, and they placed them under the hot lamp. Amazing idea. Have you ever seen chips as a hot dish in the executive lounge of any hotel? I do not. I complained about it and the deputy chief informed me that it was somebody mistake, and they would replace it. I was not ready to wait long and left the executive lounge in 30 minutes not to see real hot dishes.nAccording to the breakfast. It was below any expectation. Food variety is very basic and the main problem for me was that the majority food especially salads were local oriented. I did not find a good choice of ordinary European food. Milk products like yogurts, muesli was displayed so uncomfortable that I found them only on the second day.nThe hotel did not display any fresh juice. No signs that they should be ordered. Two servers twice came and offered to fill me still water for breakfast and nobody offered juice. Also, only on the second day I decided to ask if they had juices. And I was asked which juice I preferred. I do not like such a game. I like to see what is available and what can I order instead of playing game if you have it or not.nThe hotel did not display a coffee machine and you must order coffee with the waitress. I asked to bring me three americano with cold me. The server came my table with a metallic jug where ordinary had a brewed coffee. I had to inform the server that it was not an americano. Another server brought me two americano with milk from the café located before the restaurant entrance. I had to remind that ordered three americano.nDuring this time nobody removed soiled plates and the table was full. As I mentioned above it looks like that in Pulman Doha management doesn’t want to control this aspect of service.nThe swimming pool and the gym was located on the third floor but when you leave the elevator you cannot understand where you should go. You see only Spa sign and logically goes there. But the swimming pool and gym located exactly in the other side. Why not to place a directional sign on the wall against the elevator?nThe hotel promised that during my next stay I will not meet the problems, but it was not so. Luckily, I booked only one night stay. The management forgot to include information about my breakfast which was promised in the main restaurant, and I had a long dispute early morning with the restaurant employee Mr. Reda and Duty Manager – Mr. Muhannad, then with Front Office Manager Mrs. Sayda. She considered that nothing happened. They canceled my bill for breakfast I as I understand must be happy. I consider that the hotel’s management: Front Office Manager Mrs. Sayda and Operational Director Mr.Verdun doesn’t understand how to make a team and organize a comfortable stay for the guest in 5 star hotel.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here at the end of September. Undoubtedly the best hotel we have ever stayed in !!!! Wonderful and professional staff , perfect location, superior rooms with undeniable 5 star comfort and an amazing breakfast. Will definitely be back soon !!!!

The best hotel in Doha, all the facilities are new, everything very clean, the design is cutting edge. The staff very warm, friendly and respectful, always concerned about anything you need. I loved the hospitality, without a doubt I would return a thousand times. The breakfast buffet is incredible and the food is very good. The pool is amazing and you have near all the attractions.

One of the most beautiful property in Qatar, From the receptionist to the entire team. Clean, spacious, luxury and beautiful city view. I would like to thank Mr. Omer in the reception for his smile and warm welcoming face not only that also for his support. Also not forgetting Salman the concierge who assisted us. I recommend this hotel to everyone wish to have luxury experience in Doha.
