Hotel Pincoffs by Water | Rotterdam

Absolutely loved staying at the Pincoffs a week and a half ago! We got there after an intense week of meetings and it was the best sleep I had since arriving in the EU. The staff was attentive, polite, smiling, and ready to help with anything and everything. In love with the Dutch hospitality. Hope to have a chance to visit Rotterdam again and stay at this beautiful hotel with delightful staff

Never book this hotel for Rotterdam- Netherlands Fireworks show (Our room was almost double the price because of the event) But the show was in the afternoon cancelled due to bad weather.We called early t cancel our booking because Rotterdams considering cancelling the show. We were willing to pay cancel fee and/or re-booked to another day, but we were declined. No compensation at all even if the price was increased because of the show. In the end, we just went home and at least saw better fireworks from home.nGoodbye to our payment of €205.

We had a full day business meeting at one of the meeting rooms (Stijlkamer) at Pincoffs.nThe location and the building are simply stellar! Phenomenal interiors. Also, the staff was very friendly and ready to help out with whatever we requested.nnThere were some improvement points. Somehow, the Wifi didn't work on my laptop, there was no HDMI cable at the television, the coffee machine needed some work (twice). Soft drinks were also included in the price but aside from a single moment where they were offered, weren't available to be grabbed by ourselves and had to be requested at the front desk. The food was excellent, but not the best value for money, namely in terms of quantity. The toilets were fine and looked clean but they smelled a bit.nnOverall, it was a good and welcoming stay, with some points of improvement. But definitely a big thanks to Pincoffs, and perhaps we'll visit again!

The staff was just excellent - very welcoming, ready to help anytime, provided us with early breakfast when we needed, just awesome. Room was fancy with great comfort. We used hotels bikes to go around city. Only drawback - polyester blankets (to hot with and to cold without blanket). Maybe some things in hotel are a bit outworn (but not a lot).

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and super quite room. We liked the area itself where you can sit outside next to the water and the location as everything was walkable from there. We will come again.

The best Boutique Hotel in Rotterdam, very friendly staff, always customer orientated... You feel nearly at home ;-)

Had a birthday break with my girlfriend and it was superb. Room was a suite. Staff were friendly and fulfilling breakfast.

We stayed in the arts suite XL. It was huge, particularly for European standards. There were two bathrooms and two rooms. There was a bit of noise from the outside (eg passing cars), but that's to be expected by old buildings. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. They do offer free parking, which is located right across the street. There are some good restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel nice people

Centrally located, very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in a deluxe room, nicely decorated, and the size of the room was more than adequate. But one of the comfort rooms that my family members stayed was on the top floor and was too small. Bathroom is good (with shower).
