Its wonderful. A must see in Dubai. Please take time and visit. Evening is the best, when Dubai is all lit. The water front is also very beautiful. Weekdays, post office hours would be best time to spend the evening with close ones.

Awesome way to see Dubai at 360 degrees! It was such a beautiful experience to see the city. We went on a Thursday, 3pm to ensure less crowd and purchased regular tickets advance online. Expect for queue but it was moving well, we spent around 10 minutes to reach the entrance. People were no longer keeping distance as with most tourist spots nowadays therefore always ensure to have your mask on. Entry and baggage scanners are done for security. I suggest there should be a dedicated line for family especially with small kids. It was around 38-40mins ride..you can barely feel the cabin moving up hence just enjoy the marvellous view of Dubai especially when reaching the top. Strollers can be brought inside the spacious capsule. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Must visit for all tourists. Specially the nights scenes are lit. The blue waters area is developed like a new township and overall ambience of the place is nice. Just a tiny suggestion to all guests visiting this is that they arrive bit early then their appointed time since it’s crowded to clear security check and pass the queue just in time to get to top.

No doubt Dubai has one of the best attractions in the world. The Dubai Eye whoever is new. Which might need a little improving in it’s system. We’ve been waiting well over an hour and a half, and before we ever got the chance to enter the shuttle we left due to the marvelously long queue. Our registered time has past. Which was at 5:00pm so we can see the sunset. The only way you can enter exactly at your time is when you book the premium version of the ticket, which indicates that although we paid extra for our sunset ticket, we can’t be sure if we can even ride at our assigned time! The bigger problem is when you apply for the premium ticket. You have to email them for it and then wait for their approval! They rarely even reply to phone calls. It’s just a total mess. Sadly these problems haven’t been resolved yet. Hopefully someone will do something about it very soon.

Amazing experience! A must for all Dubai residents and visitors. Try to target the sunset time while at the top of the wheel or at least facing the beach side. Each ride lasts 38 minutes, so ensure your ride starts at around (sunset time minus 15).
