We had gone in the winter, so the weather was rather good. The events they had were falcon show, camel ride, bit of a safari, with stops to see Arabian Oryx and Ghaff trees, there was Arabic songs later in the night. All of which were fun. There was also a good spread for breakfast and dinner. The service was good, with all personnel being friendly and professional. Due to maintenance work we were unable to stay in the room and were given a Bedouin tent as an alternative. This was a unique experience in and of itself. They compensated with some unique memorabilia, which were good. They also assisted in getting my wife a birthday cake and helped keep it a surprise. Overall, this is something one must try at least once.

Great experience. Recommended, even if more expensive than the standard touristic tours. Small downside: the vegetarian options are limited to potatoes and some vegetables. More diversity would be appreciated

We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend Platinum Heritage to anyone visiting Dubai! Special thanks to our guide BEN who was funny , engaging and informative. Our favorite part was camel riding , watching sunset views , trying authentic Arabian food and drinks, and star gazing. Food was perfect and tasty, big thanks to the Chef and staff. All around Bravo!

This was an amazing safari! We were picked up on time by our guide Gert and during the drive to the desert he gave a lot of good information about Dubai. The drive through the desert was safe, informative but most of all fun! We had plenty to of picture stops and water was offered constantly. The falcon show was pretty impressive but the highlight was dinner it was by far one of the best and most filling meals we have ever had! If you are going to Dubai you have to take this tour! Ask for Gert you won’t be sorry!
