The staff is friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The rooms are great and comfortable after a long day of seeing the sights. It’s also in an excellent location with some of the most iconic views of the city right outside the front door. Couldn’t recommend it higher.

Wonderful experience of staying in Marriott County hall for one week. All staff were nice and welcoming. Especially thanks to Felicia and Nete in the LIBRARY restaurant. Let our family trip started from delicious breakfast and friendly service every day in London. Can’t wait to arrange trip here again for next year.

Great hotel in Central London. Easy to get to a lot of the sights. Be warned, the rooms can be a good walk from the lift, it's a long building. Staff was incredible. Night porter Thomas Endris really stood out and was very friendly. Thanks, would definitely stay again.

What an amazing experience! It was the family's first time going to the UK so of course, we wanted to be sure to see all the main tourist attractions. The London Marriott County Hall was a PERFECT option! Right beside the London Eye, overlooking the river, and unlimited activities around, you cannot go wrong here. The restaurants were amazing and the rooms were impeccable. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly. I had to go to Oxford for summer school and one of the staff members made us a whole list of things to do while in Oxford and even recommended accommodation and food spots! Will definitely be back!!

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed.nnIf I could give the staff a 6 out of 5, I would. Genuine, courteous, knowledgeable, professional. Rui leads an excellent team in the lounge. And a phenomenal property in the center of London. Always love coming to this property- highly recommend.

VERY busy location. in central London near a major Tube station (Westminster) and near major attractions, Parliament and Westminster Abbey. On Queens Walk Southbank. This sounds wonderful, accessible, with lots to eat and places to walk along the river, until one realizes everyone is also there.nnThe hotel is not the entire building, which is a good thing. Front desk and concierge service is excellent. Housekeeping was fine at best, nothing amiss, just nothing extra. Executive lounge was NOT fully open in late July so breakfast was a limited menu in a separate dining room. The avocado toast was delicious! Their afternoon tea was very pleasant.

Whilst this hotel does have great quality rooms, facilities and massages, their customer service is below my expectations for a 5-star hotel. As a gift, I had been booked one night's bed and breakfast.nAt check-in, I was asked to present a method of payment, despite my entire break having been paid up front, in advance. I was unsure of what to do, so I just went along with the payment and assumed that the £500 deposit I had been charged would be refunded by the time I checked out. This was not the case.nWhen my friend and I went to breakfast the next day, we were under the assumption that we would not have to bring any method of payment, as it had already been pre-paid (as previously mentioned.) Despite this, we were asked if we would like any coffee, tea, or orange juice without having been told the prices. We only later realised we were expected to pay for this. Even after showing the waiter the booking confirmation email (which explicitly stated that one night's bed and breakfast had been paid for), were we presented with a bill and told to go to reception to resolve the matter. After this, the waiter proceeded to leave the room and not return. Only after alerting another member of staff to our situation were we allowed to leave.nThe problems only continued after this. When checking out, I was told that the £500 deposit I had paid at check-in would be refunded to my account, and we left the hotel.nShortly after arriving back home, I checked my mobile banking only to see that I had been charged a further £450.50 and £50, which are both still pending transactions. The £500 had gone through, and no sign of a refund of the deposit at all. It has now been 2 days since check-out, and £1050.50 has been removed from my account with no refund given.nAfter a phone call with the hotel, I was told to wait 3-5 days to process refunds for each transaction and personally I think this is ridiculous. There was never even any reason stated for why £450.50 and £50 had even been taken from me. What would have happened in the case that I didn't have enough money to pay for the deposit? Would I have been denied entrance to the hotel, even despite all expenses having been paid upfront beforehand?nOverall, if you are a young person, I warn that the hotel does not seem have to have a favourable impression of you. I cannot think of any other reason for them to have treated paying guests so badly, and not taking anything we said seriously.nI do not recommend this hotel if you want to have a relaxed experience in London and walk away without having money deducted from your bank account for no reason.

The location is right in all of the tourist traps, so waking out to the river you get accosted by street hawkers. The rooms are basic Marriott, nothing spectacular. The service however is amazing, everyone here was polite and did an amazing job.

Great location to the parliament and u201cBig Benu201d clock tower. Hop on hop off bus tours right in front of the hotel entrance. This is a historic building so one 1 elevator and long walks to your room. Not stroller friendly.

A perfect place to host your visit to London. They think of everything to include having ample outlets in the room with both UK and European standard plugs and usb chargers. Beautiful rooms and perfect location. Close to everything you want to see.

We didn't stay at the hotel but were having dinner there. We had an issue with our buggy and the lovely people on the door were absolutely fantastic. They helped us in up the steps and patiently waited for us to get the baby sorted and then looked after the buggy for us. Very helpful, very professional. Thank you so much.

My husband is a Titanium member and we travel around the world, a lot, and this hotel may be our very favorite of any place we have stayed.nWe are currently guests here. It is our third visit to London and third stay at this hotel.nWe have a favorite room we stay in and every time we request it, we have been fortunate to get it.nThe location can't be beat and the staff is top notch. This time around, Laura at the front desk was accommodating and just plain PHENOMENAL when we checked in. Felicia in the library breakfast "nook" was friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with her.nLove this place- I don't want to leave, but it's easier knowing we will definitely be back!

This hotel is magnificent and centrally located to many popular sites!!! The room was spotless, had a gorgeous view of the Thames River, and the mattress was SO comfortable!!!! The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I have to add that their room service was literally the FASTEST I have ever had in the MANY years that I have traveled!!!!! Seriously it was SHOCKING FAST!!!!! We used room service multiple times and the food was piping hot, delicious and again CRAZY FAST!!!!!!! If you are ever heading to London I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location. Right by Westminster Bridge offering some spectacular views during day and night. I've stayed there twice now and will be coming back again in the future. Starting with initial check in experience to dinners, room service, check out and general customer services I can rate it as 10/10. I'd highly recommend visiting this hotel.nRooms are very clean and looked after and beds are really comfy along with a very nice shower unit.nI believe there is a pool and spa facilities however I haven't tried those yet.
