W Dubai – The Palm

Excellent location, one of my favourite hotel. Staff are very warm and hospitable, they go out of their way to ensure a memorable experience. Excellent spa experience, very professional spa members. Also the pool is very cool, you will also have private beach access. F&B was wonderful at the pool. Well done everyone and a big thank you!

A great hotel on the palm. The staff is very nice, the beach, pool as well . The spa is also very good . The kids club is great ! The only thing I was not expecting is the party spirit of the hotel ( but obviously I was the only one not knowing that the W are parties oriented ) so it was quite some loud music on the week end. I forgot to mention the amazing breakfast which is probably one of the best I ever had !!!! The food in general is delicious , on the beach , at the restaurant in the evening . And their Japanese restaurant is also fantastic !

Stayed here during the weekend in December with my family. It is a party hotel, so we had terrible experience with the noise. Basically we could only sleep after 2am … they even move us to a different room , but was not enough.nIn the good side the rooms are nice as is the view . Also nice beach front with lots of things to do. Kids are not allowed in the wet deck. Food is good. Service in the beach and bars is nice also.nI didn’t found the front desk lady so nice. Did not have us basic informations or the hotel upon check in. Was only worry on getting our passports…nUnfortunately i don’t think we will return… the noise is a no for us no matter how good is the rest .

This place is amazing. It's more the people who work here who make this stay incredibly nice. They seem to know when you need something, you don't even have to say it, they immediately sense what you want and come to you. They work very hard even though its so hot, they never seem to be tired or annoyed, although its ok to be tired regarding the hot weather. I would never get this kind of service in another country. And its like everyone is responsible for one task, which makes this place run flawlessly. I'm also so thankful for the people at the valet parking who make my kids laugh all the time and help us with our bags.nEveryone in this country is so nice and helpful. Its not easy to travel with kids, but people make it so easy here. And of course the food is amazing. Such a variety everyday something new. Thanks:)

This is by far one of the most wonderful hotels in Dubai in terms of customer service. They have happy stuff which reflects on the way they treat customers. It worth every penny you spend. Love it and will come again xx

We celebrated my 50th Birthday and the service here 5 star and beyond! We stayed in the “Spectacular” and our accommodations were very clean and grand. We had the perfect view of the skyline, the beach and pool areas. Beautiful resort! The staff was always welcoming, super attentive and friendly. Thank you for making my birthday memorable! Take advantage of the daily breakfast buffets! So much delicious food to include local dishes! Never disappointing! Lots of amenities at the resort so be sure to take advantage of as many as you can! Everything from reserving your own beach cabana and pool pod (so cool), swim up pool bar, an on-site spa, hair salon, full service gym, multiple restaurants and nighttime lounges, designer art gallery and shop to buy unique things. We will return to this resort again!

The atmosphere is lively, smiling faces all around, the staff is helpful and so courteous!nThe rooms are excellent, very comfortable and beautifully designed.nThe restaurents are fantastic.nI'm extremely satisfied and just didn't feel like leaving :(nI would definitely recommend!

We loved the W hotel the palm! The staff were so friendly and the decor was modern absolutely nothing to fault. There was the perfect balance of family and adult time!! The pool and the pods were great. Buffet had a good selection all of the family were happy. The kids club was the best for my daughter, Mario and Yash were so welcoming and Mario played with her when the other kids had left she loved going back! everything about this stay was perfect. We really relaxed will go back ASAP

It is stunning inside and out.nThe 4 restaurants are top class, as are their rooftop bars.nThere's a well-equipped indoor/outdoor gym as well as a spa.nPlenty of IG scenes await in the pool and beach areas too.nMy room was very stylish, spacious and a great ocean view from the balcony overlooking the W monument.nIt's the staff that made it extra special though. Really friendly, helpful and sincere with plenty of laughs along the way. I didn't leave the property for the first 3 days!

Sobe is one of my all time favorite spots in Dubai. If you want to enjoy the best service and sunset, just go there :)nnI was fortunate to have a super host like Sarah who always does amazing job. I highly recommend this place!nnI always bring my friends who visit me here and this place never disappoints with great service, quality of food and drinks!

Great place for fun crowds. I'd say 18 to 40 years old. Not for children or older crowds. Rooms need maintenance for sure. The need to be cleaner. Carpets, Ac units etc... Otherwise great syaff6and some of the best food on the beach I ever had. Thank you.

Lavish hotel for anybody who's looking for a stylish holiday to Dubai! It's the perfect balance between luxury and modern style for us. Staff has been the best here, genuinely friendly and happy to help with any request.

And can only walk them outside the resort! Misleading to say pet friendly venue when there are no designated areas inside the resort or even one cafe or F&B venue where you can take your pet (outdoor seating). Might as well have left our pooch in a fancy day care where he would have enjoyed more thane being confined to the room, which in turn, made us feel guilty to leave the room! And considering the surcharge for this, not worth it at all. Very disappointing for pet owners for sure.nn- Pool and beach close way to early at 7 PM, should at least keep the pool open till 8/9 PM.nn- The adult's pool was more like a plunge pool area, very small and the other pool was for families.nn- AC was not working properly in first room we had.nn- Room service very slow had to repeatedly follow up, short staffed even at reception and at the facilities pool etc.nn- Overall very pricey for the level of service and facilities being offered.nnAll in all, for the money paid, disappointing, and not really worth a second visit, lots of other amazing options on the Palm in this price bracket or even less offering superior services which can be expected when paying close to $1000 a night.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service from the staff was excellent the whole time. The room we had was plenty spacious for us and the bed comfy. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, especially the eggs Benedict. The wet deck area was perfect to chill out at and enjoy the sun. We found the restaurants there really good and the rooftop bar is worth a visit too. The hotel is a little further away along the palm and you'll be taking taxis to get into town, but they are cheap and everywhere in Dubai so not much of a downside.

Highly recommended- this is my second stay and service is always consistent, friendly and impeccable. Rooms are clean and they have since upgraded their room service food tech. Easy to order and always in time. Great choices of room service food - will Definitely be back!

The location is literally far from amenities so you need to pick up stuff before you go to the hotel or use the mini market inside, I love the pool itu2019s spacious with many sun beds and round beds, and those nice egg like cabanas, the hotel is huge and beautiful I love the atmosphere, the service is good, you donu2019t here outdoor noises such as cars or construction. The nightly price is high, the shop as well expensive compared to other hotels. They have valet parleying, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities are perfectly good. Definitely I recommend it. Oh last point they have pool access if you donu2019t want to stay in the hotel.

Stayed there October 2021 for ~ 1week. Great and special hotel, showing the exceptional style of the Marriott W Hotels. Staff friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, rooms very clean and spacious. Pool area really great, especially with the small separate pools. Unfortunately the hotel is promoting the pool area to day-guests, so that especially at the weekend you have to "fight" for a space at the pool. This is a NO-GO (!!!) for such a high class and expensive hotel and for us the only reason that we are not sure if we would stay there again. In addition the cabins at the pool area need to be rented via a minimum-spent. Also a NO-GO, if you stay in such a hotel. We just expect that ALL good cabanas + sun chairs are included, you will spent money on drinks anyway! We stayed at the Ritz Carlton during our prior visit where we had a different and more positive experience regarding the pool area.nnOtherwise everything was really great. The rooftop bar is nice spot, , the main breakfast area we cannot judge as we had breakfast in the Bonvoy Platinum area, this one was exceptional!!! So delicious!!! We loved it!

Service, service, service. Best service we have had in MANY years. The Game room staff is outstanding and so nice with all the kids. For us it was a pleasure to come down everyday and have fun with them. Thank you Stephanie and Mario. Our vacation was definitely better because of you. We will miss you. My girl is 13 months old and she loved every minute at the game room. Thanks!

I came for a visit only and all I can say is 'Wonderful'. From the reception to lift to the room, its so fascinating. The views from the balcony to the sea is relaxing. The staffs are approachable and nice. Will recommend to all the residents and tourist to go visit W The Palm Hotel and definitely you will not regret.

hard to be impressed in Dubai, so many beautiful places but my stay at the W was amazing, impressed with a different style, over and beyond service, smart room, cool design, curved wall with built in TV, bar, not mini, real size! And an amazing terrace lounge.. I could have spent all my stay there, room balcony on the comfy lounge enjoying the view over the pool and beach, but there were more things to enjoy, the spa had exceptional massage beds (heated n fluffy) and the bubble at the pool makes it a whole new experience, I am not a fan of cabanas usually but this one is different... great staff as often seen in Dubai, but always appreciated

The W Dubai ripped my wife and I off. We had booked 3 nights with Marriott certificates for our honeymoon here in May 2021. We confirmed at check-in. At check out, the certificates were miraculously removed from our reservation. The hotel refused to honor the original reservation terms and charged us 3 nights on our credit card.nnI do not recommend spending money at a hotel that would stoop this low.

This is by far the best stay I had in the Palm area. I have checked in almost all the hotels in the Palm but W Hotel is exceptional! We celebrated my cousinu2019s bday and we were surprised by their surprise goodies. Special thanks to Leila and Mahmoud for a very good service making my cousin extremely happy on her special day! We will surely come back! You guys are SUPER!!! Keep it up!!!

A luxurious resort with outstanding services and very friendly and helpful staff, with an excellent location in the Dubai Palm east crescent. The hotel has a unique design with beautiful lobby area and an astonishing swimming pools zone. Also the hotel has a good size beach area.nnThe rooms are very large in size with very luxurious touches and signature furniture. Views towards the seaside are spectacular. The bathroom is very large and very well articulated. Breakfast is also excellent with many selections and varietiesnnThe hotel is also demonstrating high standards to protect the guests from COVID-19. The only drawback is the late response from the valet parking staff, where improvement is essential to match the hotelu2019s high standards.

5/5n31st January 2021nnFancy. That's the word for this place. Unfortunately I did not stay at the hotel, I just came for the breakfast at Liv. Nice restaurant and hotel had very capture worthy structures.

We are currently staying here and it is one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. For a 5 star hotel the service is atrocious (and not worth the cost). There are much better hotels in Dubai that are better value for your money.nnWe arrived at check in time and we're told our room wasn't ready. We then waited for over an hour before they could get us in a room. They only got us in after I went up again to the desk (instead of proactively calling like they said they would).nnThere was no availability at any of the restaurants so we've been eating room service the whole time.nnWe called the night before to book a Cabana and we're told they have a one of the pods available, only to arrive in the morning and told it wasn't available.nnWe also had to pay extra for special treats for our dog and never received them.nnThere is general confusion and lack of accountability at this hotel. I appreciate it's a busy time and the year has been difficult but the places we've stayed since the pandemic have gone out of their way to make the experience better, whereas at the W,they seem to be doing far worse at delivering the service of a 5 star hotel. Definitely will not stay here again and definitely will let others know it's not worth it.
