My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oaks Ibn Battuta Hotel and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.nnThe hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful, modern decor throughout. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept really well every night.nnOne of the things that really impressed us about the Oaks Ibn Battuta Hotel was the food. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including both local and international cuisine. We also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant on a couple of occasions and were blown away by the quality of the food and the service.nnThe hotel's location is also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and a short walk away from Ibn Battuta Mall, one of Dubai's premier shopping destinations. We were able to explore the area and take in some of the local sights and sounds, all while feeling safe and comfortable.nnOverall, we can't recommend the Oaks Ibn Battuta Hotel highly enough. It's a truly exceptional property with excellent amenities, great food, and a staff that truly goes above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. Whether you're traveling to Dubai for business or pleasure, this hotel is definitely worth considering.
I recently stayed at the Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive to my needs. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was escorted to my room with a smile.nnThe room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, and the pillows were just the right level of firmness. The bathroom was well-appointed with plenty of towels and toiletries, and the shower had excellent water pressure.nnOne of the things that stood out to me about this hotel was the attention to detail. Everything from the decor to the amenities was thoughtfully chosen and tastefully executed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit all tastes.nnThe location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The staff were knowledgeable about the area and offered great recommendations for places to visit.nnOverall, I would highly recommend the Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. The staff, amenities, and location make it a top choice for me, and I look forward to returning in the future.
Nice location, great connections to the city, you really got everything you need when staying at the oaks. Also enjoyed my stay because of the great service staff around me which made sure I had everything I needed at all times. Truly kind people working there. Special thanks to Godwill at the front desk you were a big help! ;)
The staff has been extremely attentive and offered excellent customer service. The hotel is also very beautiful. Rooms were super clean. We didn't get a great view from our room which was a little disappointing but overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
Very good rooms and location, food is OK but could have been much better if some care about quality of cooking.nnStaff are friendly, and smoothly accepted my late checkout request.nnRoom service comes late and 2 days (out of 12 nights) they didn't fix the room.nnOverall good experience and convenience as close to Ibn Battuta Mall, with a little walk to Mero Station.
I recently stayed at this hotel and it was wonderful :-)nThese are the positive stuff that I experienced:::::::n- It is close to a huge mall. The mall is 3min away from the hotel. So nice to have a mall by your hotel.n- The rooms have a mini fridge. Which is great and you can have your food and drinks in there.n- You get free water everyday.n- The staff are all very customer service oriented. If you need anything they will do everything they can to provide this for you or help you out.n- The pool at this hotel is actually very big, so that's a plus.n- There is a free shuttle bus that will take you to this amazing Riva beach club. It will take you there and pick you up back to the hotel again.n- You have the metro near you, so easy to take the metro everywhere.n- The hotel is huge, and the aesthetic of the hotel is pretty cool. If you love photography this hotel is for you.n- I felt the rooms were soundproof, I did not hear one single noise from anywhere.n- The AC in the rooms are controllable, that's great because in some hotels you cant even turn off or on the AC. But here you can control the AC.n- The breakfast buffet is excellent, it has everything you need. And the best part is the hours. In some hotels the breakfast ends at 9am etc. Here it ends at 10:30 and 11:30. Which is great. I think it was during the weekends that it ended at 11:30.n- The rooms have large windows, so you get sunlight all day and everyday. Very nice.n- I love that they provide robes and slippers.n- The room that I had, had two bathrooms, that felt super luxurious.n- The cleaning is excellentnNow to the negative. This is the reason why I gave this 4 stars and not 5.n- It is a bit far from the city center. While this hotel has everything you wish, the only negative is that it is far from the city. Besides this, everything else honestly is perfect.nI recommend this hotel 100%.nA huge thanks to the staff and everyone working at this hotel to make sure the guests all have a wonderful experience at this hotel :-)
I really don’t advice anyone to stay in this hotel. Although it shows as 5 star, it is even less than a 2 star hotel!nnUnfortunately, I had to stay in it because my work was across the street and this was the most convenient location.nn1. When I arrived, the company had booked my stay and despite that they told me and insisted that I pay, I went to withdraw cash so as not to pay the full amount as advised by the receptionist and my DEBIT CARD WAS CAPTURED BY THE MACHINE! Later I came to know there were technical errors with the machine and it was not the first time.nnImagine that I had to stay for a whole week without any money, except that I have added it on my Apple Pay which saved my life.nn2. The room stunk all day, the moment I entered it smelled very bad but I didn’t have the energy to change it because it had been late at night already. The cleaning is very poor, I came in my room after the first day and found trash from the cleaners.nn3. The elevator smells bad all the time. The breakfast is fine not many variety.nn4. Now the most disappointing thing was that upon checkout they refused to give me the bill and they said we have emailed it to the company because they have booked it! And this was the Deputy Manager who was supposed to solve the problem! I screamed literally and I said I paid it from my card! He mentioned that they have issued a refund! However, they did not even inform me of that.nI literally yelled to receive the bill.nnI was very close to calling the police.nnReally bad experience and I will need to search for another hotel next time because my work is right across the street and I don’t want to repeat this ugly exp again!
I have never ever experienced many perfect soul people I have met in this hotel. What ever I say wont be enough for staff. They are so kind, helpful. They make you feel so good. Food is amazing everyday different concept and make you wonder whats coming next. Room is so comfy and clean. This hotel deserves more than 5 stars. We definitely will back to these lovely people and great management!
Had a Friday Dinner Brunch at Bahou Atrium Grand - Oaks and I can say that this place is very recommendable if you want a very relaxing evening either with your family and friends. The food and drinks are very tasty. The live band performance is very entertaining and their vocalist has amazing voice that everyone should watch. Im very pleased customer here and I will definitely come back.
Grand (old) hotel. Nice lobby and rooms. Could use a renovation. Shower experience is not great. Breakfast buffet is ok but lack certain basics. Gym is sufficient to get a workout in but too small if you are staying for a longer period.
This was always my favourite Hotel , location I'd amazing , you have shopping mall infront if you want to have food or buy anything you need.nnManagement of the hotel is changed and I saw some improvement. They will give you hotel tour when you reach and checked in.nnRooms are not changed much .nnStaff is better I felt.
Customer service and communication excellent.nCatered for allergy and dietary requirements extremely well. Wide variety of tasty food for all dietary choices and requirements.nNothing was ever too much for the staff here at the Oaks.nStaff extremely friendly and Helpful. Mostafa serving fresh Arabic coffee of a morning was a lovely touch ! Coffee was amazing and his hospitality even more so.nWe stayed here with our sons 12&14 and our 9 year old daughter. They enjoyed the pool and the hotel.nRooms were very clean especially the bathrooms and beds. Beds really comfortable.nnWe will most certainly return here. Thank you to the staff :)
Beautiful rooms. Swimming pool on the roof and a gym.nIt's close to a mall, but not the city. On the other hand, it has more than sufficient ways to the city. Shuttle, taxi or the metro that stops nearby.
The hotel looks really nice, but that’s not enough to be a differentiator in Dubai. I had a very frustrating experience in my stay as a lay over. The only reason I had selected the hotel was for the private beach access that is advertised when you look into the booking.com app. The ad is quite misleading because:n1. Be aware the hotel is actually very far from the beach , you can’t walk to the beachn2. They purposefully do not include their shuttle times in their website , because they know they are not doing a good job on this. If you want to take advantage of the shuttle , be aware there are only 2 times for pick-up and drop-off.nTo go:n- 10AMn- 11:30AMnTo return:n- 2PMn- 4:30PMnnI found this quite frustrating because I would have expected more transparency about this, and that would have led me to a different decision of where to stay since I only have one day here. Although it may not be an issue for everyone, this is supposed to be a 5-star hotel. You are supposed to be the guest here , but they force you to adapt to their poor schedule. I won’t come back for one simple reason: I dislike poor communication and poor guest service. When I talked to the reception, they said it work for 80% of the people, but they just don’t care for the remainder 20% where the schedule does not work. Transparency is key for customer satisfaction.

We stayed for 2 weeks and experienced amazing customer service and every member of staff here was curious, friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for popping to the IBN mall and transport links.nnOverall the food was really nice and variety day to day was good. Would certainly recommend this place to friends and family
The service in this hotel is absolutely great. I lost my phone in the taxi on our ride back to the hotel. The security manager Kris immediately came to help me. He looked up all the information I needed and send us to the police station where they managed to find it. It saved our vacation! Thanks :)
The best service that we had. Great staff very accommodating. front desk who arranged our reservation, friendly and made our stay unforgettable. Specially the kids club, Merlin and Delia they handled my kids very happily. We're surely comeback
I spent 3 weeks in the hotel. Very tasty and varied breakfasts. No view from the window. The air conditioning smelled like urine and made a loud humming noise. Hotel about 0.5 hour by car from the center of Dubai, nothing but a shopping mall in the vicinity.
I loved the Moroccan decoration....grate window view on the east, waking up with the kiss of the sun.nOpposite the Battuta mall and the metro station.nBig variety on the buffet with dishes from all east countries and more.nThe best bed I've ever tried with grate pillows and glass wall between bedroom and bathroom.
The hotel is great. Great relation price-quality. Itu2019s a little bit far from the main attractions (15-20 min ride) They have a shuttle that goes to the beach, which was very nice. The concierge, Rizwan and all the staff were very nice! Would definitely come back!
Oaks Hotel lies opposite to Ibn Batutta mall which is nice. Rooms are good but the lighting effect doesn't give you a lively feel.nBreakfast is a buffet type and has many options. One can choose from the wide variety of food as per his/her liking
Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end! A big thank you to Mary for welcoming us and looking after us. Also a big thank you to Ismail who was so attentive and a real joy to be around! We couldnu2019t have picked a better place! I look forward to my next stay very soon!
Ismael Jose really made the trip an experience I will never forget. Professionalism and attentiveness was demonstrated from day one and exceeded my expectations everyday!! I also want to mention that the room service conducted by Stanley was exceptional with attention to detail being clear in presentation. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of this and look forward to coming back very soon :)
This is one of the worst stays I've had. Ibn Battuta Oaks Hotel is definitely not a 5-stars hotel. The room is fine but not luminous at all & the lighting is very weak so it's not pleasant to stay in the room to rest or chill in the dark, lacking light. Most importantly, there is NO HOT water. It's not even warm, & the water flow is so slow. So taking a shower is not even pleasant when you're feeling cold!!! We complained to the reception upon our arrival & but nothing was done about it. We even spoke to a manager asking her if she would take her shower cold & her answer was : I take cold showers with irony!! This hotel is definitely not worth it for the price. There is a variety of choice regarding food (breakfast or lunch) but it's industrial quality. Fried eggs taste like rubbers. If you're coming on vacation to enjoy a nice stay & especially a pleasant hotel experience in Dubai, don't stay here.
The hotel is good, but the room service is not , the menu is not update, takes too long to receive your order, you have to try several time to talk to them.nnPool and the gym are good but no the working hours. Pool close at 6 pm and the gym at 7 pm which is a disadvantage if you want to do some sport after work.
Nice experience. Well mannered staff. Restaurant is good, neat and clean. the only bad thing is indian food is very rare. Room service is fine. Rooftop Pool area is neat and clean. But maximum depth is 1.5m only. Gym area also excellent not much crowded. Peaceful area
Magical. Just magical. This hotel made me feel like I was living out a Disney princess fantasy. I was absolutely blown away by the price especially with how developed Dubai has become, I was waiting for a loophole and received none. Thank you for being so accommodating and providing us with paradise every night.
Amazing hotel with a lovely traditional scenery. Felt so comfortable at this hotel. Special thanks to Derrick from reception. Outstanding customer service skills, went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.nnTop marks for Derrick.nnThe beach service was great, as they provide a shuttle service. The location is very good, near to a mall, food court and super market.nnDerrick was able to recommend a nice cafe to relax and spend good time with family and friends.
Loved the spa, great selection of restaurants
