One of the best hotels I’ve been to in the UAE! The design is on another level, I never felt the urge to video tape any hotel before as am doing now. Service is fast staff are very friendly, they even sent us a birthday cake! Food is so good, not only the breakfast but the dinner as well, when of the best burgers and steaks I’ve tried. I really enjoyed and I felt the need to write this review.

The breakfast has a variety of gluten free options with a coffee counter. The breakfast area is spacious with an open view. The energy you feel amongst staff is good which is an indication of success for the hotel. Thank you to all

This was an absolutely stunning hotel visually - both the lobby area as well as the restaurant and interior of the rooms. So beautiful that I spent almost 15mins just taking pictures of my room instead of unpacking. ;) The service is great as well - the folks are prompt and very hospitable.nnSpecial shout-out to Hammad, who handled my check-in and general matters. Very professional and helpful.nnExtra special shout-out to the folks at the restaurant who were great, especially Numon who always made sure I was well taken care of when I turned up for breakfast every morning.nnDefinitely will return to this hotel for my next trip to Dubai!

We highly recommend Hotel Indigo to everyone planning to stay within Dubai Downtown. The hotel is quite aesthetically pleasing and artsy. Visitors will have a great time with their many amenities. The rooms are spacious and in itself also unique and aesthetic. The staff was exceptional all throughout. With this in mind, we give our commendation to Miss Rochelle for her stellar service and assistance.
Beautiful artistic hotel. Relaxing ambience. Beautiful and clean rooms. Attentive staff. Great location, 3-4 min taxi ride to the Dubai mall. However rooftop pool space felt a little dirty. The cleanliness needs to improve in this area only. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.
