Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which was largely due to the incredibly friendly staff.nThe staff members at this hotel were simply exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Every time I interacted with them, whether it was at the front desk or in the hotel restaurant, they were always smiling, attentive, and eager to assist in any way they could.nOne of the standout experiences during my stay was how the staff were attentive and keen to get things right. The staff were so kind and friendly, and even went out of their way to make sure that a slight problem was rectified which made a huge difference in my overall impression of the hotel.nThe rooms at this hotel were also fantastic - clean, spacious, and well-appointed. I appreciated all the little touches, like the complimentary fruit and bottled water, that made me feel right at home. And whenever I needed something, whether it was fresh towels or beverages, the staff was always happy to help.nOverall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The friendly staff truly made all the difference, and I will certainly be returning on my next trip to Dubai.

This hotel was amazing. From the point of arriving the staff went an extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. We traveled as a group of 9 with 4 kids under 7. The staff were patient and kind. Breakfast was definitely a huge positive at this hotel. Lots of fresh fruit and options available. Even though it was busy on the weekend we could tell the staff made sure we were still well taken care of and the food and coffee arrived on time. It’s about a 10 min walk to Dubai mall. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience in the Indigo Hotel. First of all, I want to notice the perfect location of the hotel. The view was amazing and the room was also clean and comfortable.nStaff members were extremely nice and allowed us to check in earlier, so it was a big plus.nWe are so grateful to the Duty Manager of the hotel - Big Mac. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He was very polite and friendly, so easy to speak with.nWe would definitely come here again!

We stayed 4 nights at the Indigo hotel and it was awesome. The staff are super nice, we had a little baby and they assisted us with everything we needed. We took the corner suite so we had a big bath to shower the baby.nnThe breakfast was lovely, the poached eggs were great.nnThe pool is relatively small, but we spent most of the time traveling.nnThe location is great, the dubai mall is about 15 minutes walk.nnThe hotel got a very efficient valet parking service.nnOverall, amazing experience!

What a gorgeous hotel! The attention to detail in every corner of the property is beautifully done and adds an extra dimension that made our stay even more enjoyable. All of the staff we spoke to were incredibly friendly and attentive, and always took the extra step to make sure we were happy. The showers in the rooms are AMAZING, best shower I've had in years. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, poolside shisha and nibbles in the evening overlooking the Dubai skyline is also not to be missed. Plus the bar Up the Wall has an amazing vibe and offers creative and tasty cocktails to suit everyone. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo to all of my friends and family when they stay in Dubai, and I'm delighted I finally had the opportunity to stay in the Hotel myself this time. Thank you Gang!

This was an absolutely stunning hotel visually - both the lobby area as well as the restaurant and interior of the rooms. So beautiful that I spent almost 15mins just taking pictures of my room instead of unpacking. ;) The service is great as well - the folks are prompt and very hospitable.nnSpecial shout-out to Hammad, who handled my check-in and general matters. Very professional and helpful.nnExtra special shout-out to the folks at the restaurant who were great, especially Numon who always made sure I was well taken care of when I turned up for breakfast every morning.nnDefinitely will return to this hotel for my next trip to Dubai!

We highly recommend Hotel Indigo to everyone planning to stay within Dubai Downtown. The hotel is quite aesthetically pleasing and artsy. Visitors will have a great time with their many amenities. The rooms are spacious and in itself also unique and aesthetic. The staff was exceptional all throughout. With this in mind, we give our commendation to Miss Rochelle for her stellar service and assistance.

Beautiful artistic hotel. Relaxing ambience. Beautiful and clean rooms. Attentive staff. Great location, 3-4 min taxi ride to the Dubai mall. However rooftop pool space felt a little dirty. The cleanliness needs to improve in this area only. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.
