Dubai’s Crazy Hotel Benefits | Manzil Downtown

We loved the Al Manzil hotel, the staff is welcoming, the rooms are really well kept, and we want to thank the young man Shakel Ahmed who took care of us as soon as we arrived, always smiling. It was a surprise each time to come back and find our room perfectly tidy. This is a very high quality hotel. Thank you for this wonderful stay.

Decent hotel with a warm welcoming staff. Iu2019ve been here several times for meetings etc. The lounge is pretty good for business meeting. It gets too noisy in the evening.

The staff did everything to make our stay pleasant, but the room furniture is very old and definitely needs renovations. I donu2019t think it deserves to be four stars and definitely not worth the money. I also had issues with a missing item (my medical face wash) and they couldnu2019t find it (just vanished) but overall it was an okay stay. The location is great

I had room service twice, once when I arrived at night to the hotel from New York and the second time was the morning before I checked out.nnI was staying in the back location so I did not hear any noises and slept like a baby. I could still see the nice Dubai city night view from outside my window.nnThe food display for room service was impeccable. I only have one small complaint about my breakfast wafflesu2014it was a bit soggy when I had it due to it being delivered to me later.nnWhenever I had any questions or concerns I had called the main service line and they immediately answered my questions. Everyone was extremely polite and I loved staying at Manzil Downtown.nnAnother note is that it is literally in the downtown area of Dubai so everywhere is walkable for meu2014as I walk everywhere in New York as wellu2014so it felt very comforting.nnDefinitely a hotel I recommend staying at. If you canu2019t stand noise at night, make sure to ask the staff when youu2019re checking in if you can sleep at the side of the hotel with no noise. (:

Hotel has a nice location near Dubai Mall. Breakfast was extremely good with great choice of food and the staff was amazing and friendly ! I Highly recommend

Warm greeting and very nice room. However, the breakfast was pretty underwhelming but that might be due to the Covid restrictions.

Very friendly and professional staff. The breakfast is also very tasty and satisfying. I'll recommend anyone to come visit Manzil downtown and definitely try out their breakfast.
