Amazing experience with great lighting in and around the Arena. Lot of parking space available in and around the Arena. All in all a place to visit again and again with live concerts and performances by great musicians!

Visited for Hans Zimmer concert. The auditorium is world class and sound is truly professional. Brilliant seating capacity and organized.

I have attended different kind of events in this venue, and all of them were successful. Great experience. They know how to promote the best always. Hope to see many more surprises in 2023. Please keep the good work in promoting a safe and entertaining venue in Dubai.nnIf you are going for the first time, I would recommend always check the requirements for each event in their website. They don’t allow backpacks or large bags.

Had gone for the George Ezra show recently. The arena is great and it's well organized. However outside food is prohibited and had to discard my kids half eaten cupcake to enter the premise. Also the weird thing is that they won't allow you to carry bottles or cans purchased at their stall into the arena. They would rather pour it in a plastic glass and you ll need to take that into the arena. Overall a great experience.

A perfect indoor venue for concerts and events. The location is really great as it is just a few walks away from the metro station. There's a massive parking space as well. Everything is so organized, modern and clean.

Amazing event. Been here for 50 Cent's concert. Very nice place, well organized, well connected - you can go by Metro. The acoustics and the vibe was excellent. Well done

It's excellent venue with good view from almost all the seats.nAcoustic wise it's alright, not ground breaking in any way or excellent in any way, it's good but but not great!nnLighting wise also it's good. Seats are comfortable but very less space for anyone to move or go out.nnOverall a good venue to enjoy concerts and events.

Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai is the first and largest fully air-conditioned, multipurpose indoor Arena in the Middle East - it so amazing how huge and equipped with state of the art sound system world class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇦🇪 located in the heart of the city super accessible. First time to visit and watch concert event i was wonderful experience and unforgettable one.

Absolutely SHOCKING customer service at the bars to the point where we left the event before even going inside!!! I've been to this arena twice now & will never go again because of the same issue both times! There isn't enough bar staff working. People wait up to over an hour for an alcoholic beverage, to then get to the front and be told that there isn't any alcohol left and that someone is going to get some from a different location. Because the queues are so long, 1 person then buys for their whole group and even for other people in the queue if people offer them extra money to buy their drinks for them. 1 person bought 12 drinks at one stage which took the bar man forever to make!! The last time I was there, one man took the orders and just one more man made every single drink. There are only 2 bars in the whole arena that serve alcohol. The others are non alcoholic. Can you actually imagine just 2 people taking drinks orders and 2 people actually making drinks for THOUSANDS of people!? The people that they employ to work behind the bar clearly have never had any bar experience before in their lives, they are slow, overwhelmed and don't know what they are doing. I am beyond disgusted that an arena is run this way, especially with a brand as big as coca cola sponsoring them! I am deeply disappointed as the tickets for these events aren't cheap! Waste of time and money!! I would give 0 stars but it won't allow me to do so. Sort this out coca cola arena!!

For the facilities 5 stars for the rules only 2 stars. I went to watch a show and I need to drink water with PH 6.5 and I brought a closed bottle and the security asked me to drop the bottle at the entrance as the policy don't allow them, ok, but I explained and I was sure there was no water sold inside has a PH of 6.5. The rules should be flexible, not horrible.

Coca-cola Arena is a main destination in Dubai. There many programs like concerts, comedy shows, live programs etc. I have visited there for a musical program. if you prefer sitting and you want to be close to the stage, your chance would be sections 102, 103, 104 and 115 (nearest), 114 and 113.

This place is designed and run so well.nTons of vendors/counters selling food and drink. Lines are never very long and you can get in, get your snacks/drink, and get to your seat so very quick and efficiently.nIt’s the perfect size so you can see well from any seat.nI’ve seen more than 4 shows here now!

Went to see Queen by candlelight. Love the Arena was clean. A smooth process. Staff are friendly. Food and drinks a bit pricey.

Holy $hu00a1+ what a useless online transaction system. You guys need to spend a little more money and hire better developers for your online transaction system. Also, phone customer service never picks up. Maybe find better quality contractors to handle your IT and customer service. Life is not all about maximizing profits and compromising customer experience.

Space is amazing. Staff is friendly.nLoved the Mosque outside so we can never fall short of our prayers even at a place where one sometimes one thinks it wont be available.nnFood options can be a little fresh and better

Good place! Neat and clean. But they should re-consider the charge of arena parking for those who already paid for the concert.

I went for RFAK musical night show. Overall good experience. I believe they need to focus on ensuring to eliminate the disturbance and moving of people during concerts and they should find better alternative crossing instead of of current crossings which are impacting in the view

Great Arena, they confiscate chewing gum on the doors... very odd!nYou can buy alcohol inside at two designated bars, you CANNOT take this into the arena unless you have premium seating at tables/sofas. We sat at the podium tables on the standing floor and it was spaced for social distancing, and good spot for the stage. Great location as its close to restaurants, shops etc in city walk.

We watched the show Sleeping Beauty performed by Russian figure skaters, most of whom were champions at regional, national or international levels. The show was magical. The costumes were thorough. The songs though in Russian, were very soulful and lyrical. How could i love you forever; and stop loving you forever... gave me goosebumps. The somber storyline was weaved qoth light hearted moments of laughter brought on the ice by 2 extremely spring skaters who were filling the role of the King's jesters. Everything about the show was exceptional. Two things that bothered: the audience in my opinion was not as responsive and appreciative as the performance warranted; b. It was freezing cold, which made me admire the skaters even more. 5 stars and more...
