Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Dubai. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing u2013 everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Dubai. The coffee and pastries are unique. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the restaurant - to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! I would like to come back here again and again. From front office team, housekeeping, pool to F&B Restaurant team - everyone was genuine, caring with attention to detail. The gym and amenities are well maintained and cleaned. The service is really nice and welcoming, especially the gym and spa staff are the best! Always smiling and always good people with whom you can have a great conversation!nnTheyu2019re just some people who, unfortunately, do not respect the residence environment by leaving things at their door and in the corridors. Their garbage stays there for a few days, even weeks... It sometimes blocks the way to the rooms and just looks bad.nnBesides this unfortunate mistake that people often do, the Address is the location to be! It has the best views in downtown and the staff and amenities are the best!nI highly recommend it!!!

Excellent Hotel in a great location to access the Dubai Mall with excellent service from staff but i removed 1 star for the following reasons:nn- No welcome fruits in the Suite.nn- Breakfast at the Restaurant was below expectations.nn- Some staff trying to tell us to review them and trying to push customers and reminding them to place a positive review of the Hotel!!!nn- Club Lounge still Closed !

One of the newest five star luxury hotel in Dubai. Room was furnished very well with modern and luxury furniture and decoration. All accessories and amenities were available. Service was little bit slow. A lot of facilities around like Dubai Mall and boulevard.

Very good vale guys on the door. Very good energy from the moment i drop my car. Solo been super good and take care of me while i was waiting for my car. Will definitely come again!

This hotel was one of the best hotels Iu2019ve ever stayed in. I stayed there for a king period of time and throughout the whole stay I have only made good experiences. The staff in particular has been outstanding. The guys at the valet and the reception are the greatest and especially the trainer Vladimir who trained me at the gym has been really great.nnI canu2019t recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience the highest standards.

I was looking online to see the best afternoon tea experience in Dubai and I have found the name of the address boulevard among those names and that was the biggest fake news I have ever come across. The tables at the lounge are too low for an afternoon tea and that made the 4 of us sit uncomfortably trying to reach out to the food. Out of all the savoury mini sandwiches and the variety of mini deserts we could eat nothing but the mini salmon sandwich. The food tasted very old and not fresh at all. The only decent thing was the geish tea they offered us when we were taken to our table.
