I had a wonderful time with my friends at their brunch. Very friendly stuff, especially Samvel. Food was nice, cocktails were amazing, DJ was great and the atmosphere was fantastic.nThank you Annex.

Great place to chill especially on Friday and Saturday nights.nAwesome views of the Marina and a chill ambience. Good music lends to the laid back vibe.nMake sure you make reservations with Sinead so you can get seats on the rooftop for the brunch. Sinead is always super efficient, professional, helpful, and friendly!nOur server Robbie was very friendly.nSolemn (Salaam) the bartender has mad skills and makes excellent libations.

My night at the club was horrible experience. This is the last time I về ever go to this club again, and I mean it.. Not proper way of explaining the deals . This manager who spoke to us he didn’t even know how to handle a guest”.. This is the worst night of my life I về encountered never ever to Annex again.. the propaganda is just nothing in social media ..nnIt’s a really bad experience there say no to Annex again..!!!!!nIt ruin my night 😪😪

This was the WORST place I have ever been to in Abu Dhabi in the last 3+ years I have lived here. There was no one here. Service was slow. Fish was old, everything tasted disgusting, old as if it was frozen and reheated. Edamame was like light green because it was so old. Then when we asked to talk to the manager he wasn’t there and the server gave us attitude. He asked why I ate some of the food. I am appalled and shocked at how bad the experience was. It’s a shame because the terrace is beautiful. I highly DO NOT recommend to come to this restaurant. No wonder there was no one here…

THEY TOOK THE KOREAN BONELESS WINGS OFF THE MENU THIS PAST FRIDAY!!! I was COMPLETELY BUMMED OUT about that. Was looking forward to having them with a POOR MAN'S POTION all week!!!😭nGlad they still had my MEAT & CHEESE Board & my POOR MAN'S POTION to keep me from losing my mind!!!🤣🤣🤣nThe MUSIC was AWESOME as always!!! DJ MANDO did his thing!!! Great little spot for a FRIDAY NITE FREE FLOW... The price is RIGHT & the SHISHA is delish!!! 4 outta 5 stars, JUST BRING BACK THE KOREAN BONELESS WINGS!!!👍🏽👍🏽

Staff were very rude especially security and bouncers. They were very strict and didnu2019t allow any movement around the venue and were extremely rude when preventing movement. They even grabbed my friend aggressively by the arm when he was being told off

We had our companyu2019s Christmas Party / Year-End Party in the ANNEX at the roof top last December 10, 2021. We availed a 3-hour package (5:30PM - 8:00PM) for food and drinks. Non Alcoholic package for AED 288 per person and Alcholic package for AED 295 per person. As per our organizer, we were promised that the food and drinks will be continuously served for 3 hours.nnThe venue was beautiful. The ambiance was great and the setting was picturesque as you have the view of the Al Bateen Marina.nnThe music was terrible. Itu2019s not a music that you can dance to. We requested if the music can be changed but to no avail.nnSome of the food tasted good but the serving was not enough. The maximum number of people per table was 10 people. For example: they only served 1 bowl of nachos for 10 people which was not enough. We asked them if we could get some more and they said that we will get it again as the menu is on rotation.nnThe serving time for food and drinks was very disappointing. They would serve food for maximum of 1 hour and it was just a 3-hour package. It was hard to order drinks as well as the waiters seem to be busy or not around. A lot of us were complaining that they were hungry from the long wait to be served with food.nnThere were a couple of security men and waiters that were rude and seem to be unbothered by our concerns and disappointments.nnThe last order for drinks was at 8PM and we were told that it can only be one drink per person. Which was ridiculous!nnBy the time it was 8:30PM we were told that we have to leave immediately as our time is over and that there was another group of people coming. Some of us werenu2019t even finish with our drinks and food yet.nnI thought that the amount that we paid was not worth of the amount of food and service that we got. As much as we enjoyed each otheru2019s company, the experience and service that we got was not up to par.

We had our xmas party and paid for uni drinks and food. But the service was very slow and they served limited food each table and need to wait for more than 30mins to serve each food we ordered. So disappointed but the overflowing drinks was ok.

It was a work Christmas Party booked at night last December 10, 2021 with package of 10 food presented (appetizers and mains). Paid for 3 hours to free flow drinks. Having the drink was not a problem and it was the good thing happened. Though the most disappointing part was the SLOW food service and even the expectation of having a taste of ALL the food being offered and paid was NOT being delivered. I have tasted 4 out of 10 and it was even being shared on the table not even served individually. The expectation of EVEN having a taste of the at least majority of the appetizing food was NOT accomplished. Paying 295aed was not only looking for drinks/alcohol but also a least a satisfying food service. I hope services will get better. Place was intimate and clean, lovely personnel sofia, perez and chris but it was Just Unsatisfactory FOOD service for the amount I paid for it.

Arrived there at 10.30 pm, roof top was full so we couldn't get in before 11pm, lower deck opens at 11pm so we had to walk around for half an hour.nStaff took a good care, we did not have any problem with service.nMusic is loud and it plays for outside till 12.30 am only, after that to enjoy the music you have to indoors... But it is much better outdoors nowadays with great view and vibe.

Arrived and were seated on the rooftop terrace, the food was nice but service was unsatisfactory with telling the servers multiple times what our order for drinks were....nThe nightclub part was nothing short of a disgrace with unorganized management as well as making up covid guidelines as they go along..nThey turned off the music multiple times which did work in settling down the crowd!! but their lack of organized staff and leadership led to the eventual downfall.nnWe were offered a drink deal from 12.30 to 2.30 but they stopped serving at 2 O Clock.nnI wont be going back there again and would advice management and staff to up their game.

This place is beautiful and wonderfully relaxing. The different floors have different vibes and it's nice to move between the levels based on what you want. The staff is stellar. The manager, Kyle always made sure we were comfortable and smiling. Tata and Drew at the bar always made the best drinks and rose to any mixology challenge. Jerry took great care of us and always made us feel welcome and happy. Alin the Legend went out of his way to make sure we had a great time every time. The staff make this place incredible. Pandemic safety measures are closely followed which helped us feel safe going out. The food and drinks are definitely 5 star. The menu is so interesting, fresh, and delicious. They even have options for different dietary needs. I'm so impressed with this place. It's an absolute gem!

We went for brunch and we believe we had great value for the money.nOnly what was missing was a desert (not included in the brunch menu)but the manager of Anex knows how to turn things round and how to satisfy his customers. 😊nGenerally lovely terace with fresh breeze of the air.
