Iftar this year 2023 i felt the number of tables are increased. There is no proper spacing in between tables.nnFor me Al hubara buffet has always been the best until my last visit.nnThe staff i feel needs training as we requested for a baby chair and they never come back. I think it’s okay to say not available at the moment.nnSame thing with Dessert some of the dessert like chocolate moose was finished. When asked for the butler he said i will get it in a minute and 15 minutes no one comes back. Again the same with another one.nnI didn’t feel the Grand hospitality this year.

Wow wow wow! The best buffet ever. I don’t believe any restaurant can beat the competition. The food was amazing. The customer experience was amazing. This gets the top score for buffet services. Great customer experience. Great decor and ambiance

I cannot thank Dinesh, Tanmay and their outstanding team enough for the stellar service they provided tonight. Dinesh and Tanmay are among the most amiable F&B reps I have ever come across in Qatar. Both offer a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in the field and give the phrase "service with a smile" a whole new meaning. Thank you for starting my 2023 off in the right direction. Cheers to you and your diligent staff.

Their staff can be a bit more flexible with customers with regards to opening times of the buffet, we arrived 15 minutes earlier where most of the food was already put, and we had a tight schedule and preferred to eat earlier.nnHowever the restaurant staff refused to open the buffet 15 minutes earlier, saying that we needed to wait for the exact opening time and for all the food to be there.nnNow, I understand that they have their rules and specified timings and respect that, but respecting their customers preference also shows good service and flexibility, which unfortunately was not the case.
