Jordy’s Bakery at The Fenix & Food Factory

The second Jordy's Bakery location will open at the Fenix Food Factory on Katendrecht in early 2014. This is where craft entrepreneurs congregate and events are frequently held. The partnership of the Fenix Food Factory's artisan entrepreneurs is one-of-a-kind. All of the dishes available for purchase and consumption are produced with each other's ingredients. For example, our sandwiches are topped with Westlandsetuin fresh veggies, Booij Kaasmakers cheese, and Firma Bijten meat. Everything is traditional, and this allows us to keep the circle small and excellent!

Cape Brewers cherish Katendrecht brewed beer, Cider, and Stielman Koffiebranders fresh coffee. Rauwmelkse Buurenkaas is available from Booij cheese manufacturers, and beef from Firma Bijten. De Westlandse Tuin sells organic fruits and vegetables. And, of course, Jordys Bakery provides great sourdough bread for home, but the Fenix Food Factory also serves sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, and pastries.
