In April 2010 we started WILDE ZWIJNEN in Amsterdam, and since then we are rediscovering the Dutch kitchen. We use products from back in the days, and modern ones, with a lot of attention for vegetables. We cook with seasonal products of small, and some bigger farmers, and as much as possible with products from the region. Our menu changes regularly.
