Location wise, this hotel has an excellent location in the middle of most attractions and vibes. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the central station. There is a nearby supermarket. There is also a tourist office just next to it . It has a lovely restaurant facing the street. The room we picked was on the 3rd floor. It was very small and the window was facing a wall. It felt claustrophobic. The bathroom sink was small and the shower didn't have good pressure .nThe HK cleaning service was poor. After they cleaned my room there was still hair and powder on the floor and in the bathroom.nI will go there again because of its location but I will ask for a room facing the street (the front side of the hotel)
Unsure who the Middle Aged woman with Curley hair is working there but sheu2019s got to have therapy for her attitude problem. :) avoid nachos and chicken hot bun role mess
This Hotel is centrally located in the best area of Amsterdam for any tourist few meters away from the central train station comfortable and clean
VERY over-priced. We were totally underwhelmed with the room - VERY small. Needed to leave the toilet door open to sit on the toilet. Bathroom equally as small. Barely fitted two single beds. Air-conditioning/heating didn't work. Only the location earned it the second star.
Lovely room, spotlessly clean and compact. Coffe supplied and TV also. We had a lovely view of the side street from our room and listening to the church bells every hour was so beautiful. I can't fault this hotel.
Nicest room, location and hotel. Other than the two single beds instead of a double, Iu2019ll definitely be back
Absolutely beautiful hotel, the staff, location and amenities were all 10/10.
Location: it can't be betternParking: like 10 minutes walk.nRoom: small. Central bed and a small TV. It has what you need to sleep well (big pillows, a bit too hard for my girlfriend, but I enjoyed them. Comfortable mattress)nBreakfast: delicious. And the view from the restaurant is also great. Walls made of glass... Looks stunning in sun and rain.nWould return.
Perfect location and good price!
Absolutely amazing experience, we booked last year - and for a non refundable option the hotel allowed us to move the booking 4 times. We finally made it out on bank holiday weekend (Aug 21) - and from the initial arrival until we departed, the hotel and staff were fantastic!!nI was given the option to enhance our stay, stocked mini bar (for me) and flowers for the wife. Flowers were brilliantly sourced and looked lovely and fresh the entire stay. Mini bar had a good variety of beer, wine and soft drinks - including some nibbles. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but did enjoy some drinks - the food however looked really good.nnWe had a room with a balcony, massive room and very comfortable bed. Cleaned to a great standard. The location of the hotel is great for city exploring, and so easy to find from the station. We've already been playing with dates to see when we can next visit !!
This was a very nice hotel in a central location for seeing the city. I would stay here again.
Location is great, rooms are clean, modern and comfortable with useful amenities and staff is very friendly.nnHad a room in the back, indeed very little view, but for me it was great, very little noise.nnOnly had 1 dinner, a vega burger, and was not impressed. It was dry and boring.nnThere's no pamflet with information, no info screen on tv. Even the number for the reception was no where to be found.nIt's 999 btw.nIt's expected that you download their app.nnBut what they need to work on is communication, there's no initiative to inform you, they barely divulge information pertinent to my stay there.nnMaybe it's part of their minimalist theme or something, but I kept running into things that they could have told or asked me with check-in.
The hotel picture and reality doesn't match ...disappointed with room allocated against price paid.
