Me and my husband celebrated our 13th anniversary here. And it was absolutely amazing 👏 the food was fabulous and the service and atmosphere was awesome. Our waiter Daniel was just amazing what a great restaurant we will definitely be back thank you Puerto Madero for making our evening wonderful 😀 😊
Oh my gosh this has got to be the best restaurant I have ever been to! The service was perfect and I mean perfect. The menus so much to choose from’ the food was extremely delicious from bread and sauces to the appetizer to the meal. Hands down will be eating here again before our vacation is over
Amazing empandas, you should ask because sometimes they have more flavors than what you can see on the menu.nnWe ordered several items and ate them as a group. But you really need to get an empadana per person.nnAaa yes the French fries come in a edible potatoes basket. Really good.
Dinner by the water was one of our favorite meals in Cancun. The setting is beautiful. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. We shared the Caesar salad which was made table side from scratch. We also shared oysters, the grilled octopus and the baby lobster tails. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!
This place is amazing! From the food to the service. Top-notched! Even better than high end American’s restaurants. We ordered Jumbo Shrimp and Fresh Oysters for appetizers. Then, the grilled fresh-catched sea-bass of the day that, they brought out for us to pick. The Surf-n-Turf was delicious, lobster was so good and the steak was cooked just right! Our waiter, Jesus was so nice!!! His service was great. He cooked the Flamed Desert Crepe for us. Everyone in the restaurant is super nice!! If I visit Cancun again, I’ll definitely be back!
Incredible meal and service. Shrimp cocktail: perfect. Salad: fresh and crisp. Grilled fish: one of the best pieces of sea bass I have ever had.nGreat looking desserts, we opted for flan even though we were stuffed. Everything was amazing and the service was outstanding. Lovely view.

A very nice steak and seafood place right on the marina. They had jumbo lobster which was excellent but a bit salty. The staff is fast and very courteous. Bring money though
Amazing! Service was fast and attentive. My party of 6 had the best experience in Cancun for our 8 night stay. Once you eat at this establishmentu2026the strip or tourist zone food will never come close to even a 2 star rating.
Beautiful ambiance, but the professional and attentive service really made the experience exceptional. Enjoyed the traditional Cesar salad prepared table-side, the ceviche sampler, perfectly prepared steaks, and the black cod entree. Didnu2019t pace ourselves, so no room for dessert, but the dessert offerings looked exceptional. Highlight dining experience on our Cancun vacation!
Puerto Madero is one of my FAVORITE dinner places in Cancun. I have been dining here for the last several years when Iu2019m in town. I am never disappointed! The food is always amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Large portions, great drinks, outdoor dining. I highly would highly recommend this.
Star was incredibly knowledgeable, incessant in their service and courtesy abounded. The food was 8/10 but I don't expect much for the whole Cancun region as it is. Overall a great dining experience
