Lido Waterpark

We enjoyed a lovely family day out here. There was aplenty of choice of rides for all the family and a dedicated area for the children which was great. My only disappointment was the food side, itu2019s was a very long wait for food, so much so, that we gave up completely. However, I would return and recommend it.

Had a great time here today, with mostly very friendly staff. As others have said, yeah the café gets a bit overwhelmed so either sneak in your own food or get there early. The staff were clearly trying their best though.nnMusic was a highlight, top 80s music! Slides were fun if not that many and kids loved the wave machine.nnReceptionist was incredibly miserable and we had to wait 2.5 hours for transport to our hotel as no taxis showed up!

A really good water park. We had a fantastic day with our children. If you want a sun bed and locker you do need to arrive early. The queues were fine only the toilet bowl one had long queues. If you do arrive later in the day you can get on all the slides really fast at the end of the day. The staff were very friendly, we will go again.

Spent 5 hours at the Lido. Itu2019s small but a bit of fun. Not many rides for adults. Needing a fair amount of money spent to u201ctidy it upu201d. We visited on a Saturday and it was quiet. Nice for a few hours out. Thereu2019s a small area for very young kids. A couple of restaurants but not good food.

Been coming to Lido every time I visit Kos. This time was unfortunately the worst. Big queues at the gate, no maps were all forgivable, it's a busy place. No my problem was the lack of communication to customers. One cafe was out of commission, so the other one was busier with a queue out the door. Waited in the queue only to be told it was table service even though on the way in you are shown the menu. Severe lack of tables. Waited for over an hour then when one was available was told that they weren't accepting new orders, only previous orders... Whatever that meant. Came back ten minutes later and they were still taking orders. Genuinely don't know what the server was trying to communicate, he looked stoned or drunk. Poor show Lido. If we can't take food or drink in, then you need to be able to supply food and drink with ease inside the park. A few well placed signs in Greek, German and English wouldn't go amiss either.

Lovely place with plenty of things to do. Lifeguards need to be more attentive hence the 3 stars. You can only eat and drink food purchased on site, all well and good but when it comes to eat there are few tables and you have to be seated to eat as there's no takeaway. By the time you eat most of the choices are gone so you're left with very little choice. Disappointing considering it was only around 1.30pm.

Visited here on a TUI excursion last week.nWe were given 6.5 hours in the Waterpark which was absolutely plenty! We immediately noticed how quiet the Waterpark was, which was lovely and meant we didn’t have to hang around for slides or food all day.nWe started off by going on the lazy river, double ring flume and then the wave pool. They were all amazing fun.nWe then grabbed some lunch in the main restaurant. They were very understaffed (one taking orders, one cooking, one cleaning tables), and as such the food took about 20 mins to be ordered and then 40 mins to arrive, but it’s understandable with it being quite big and only one per area.nWe then completed the rest of the slides and water areas, had an ice cream and a drink and tried out the cold jacuzzi which was great too.nAll in all a lovely day, really lucky that it was so quiet so we could do everything multiple times without queuing.nThe locker system had changed slightly since our last visit. You now pay €5.00 to retrieve a key, and when you return it you get €2.00 back, so overall cost is €3.00. They take both cash and card for this, and returned monies is cash.

Big disappointment. We informed ourselves on the Internet and many different things were reported. First of all we had to pay a whopping 19u20ac (!) instead of 10u20ac entrance fee, as it says on the website. There are 12 slides, including 4 in the children's pool, 1-2 meters long. The other 8 slides are unspectacular and none of them are suitable for children under 1.20m. The price-performance ratio is ultimately a cheek and I advise against a visit. After 1.5 hours we drove back home

Great place for a few hours out. Very clean and lovely atmosphere. Prices are very affordable. Great staff, feels safe for children.

I visited here a few weeks ago with my family, the water park is really good & I cannot fault it l, we had a lovely day however there is a u2018zoou2019 at the back of the water park that looks almost abandoned and hidden, there is barely any water or food left out for the animals, it is dirty & one of the goats had a broken foot & was struggling. I reported this to the lady at reception however I think as most people visiting this place donu2019t even notice this u2018zoou2019, the animals there unfortunate seem to be just wasting away

Low price. Excellent SERVICE. Very good and safe games and for smaller kids also.

Very nice water park the kids loved it. Was easy to pass the afternoon there. The slides and wave ud83cudf0a pool are fun ud83eudd29.

Worth a visit and extra bonus of short queues for the slides. Restaurant is fairly decent and reasonably priced.

Great place to visit for children and adults as well. Safety supervised by lifeguards all the time.nAll kinds of facilities and water entertainement. Fast, curvy slides, pool with artificial wave, artificial current, water park for children, bar with alcohol, drinks and food.nBig parking lot in front. Water was warm in the temperature above 30 deg C.nMany tropical plants and flowers, smiling people and music make the atmosphere like real happy summer.nIMPORTANT: 5 euro cash required to pay for locker, 2 return after giving back the key.nTicket, drinks and food can be purchased with card.

Good waterpark to spend a few hours.nThis waterpark is great to spend a few hours and cool down. It has some nice and fast water slides. It also has a really fun wave pool with the highest waves I have ever seen. The waterpark has cool rides, but won’t be big enough to spend a full day at. Entrance fee is 17 euro’s, and lockers are available for 3 euro’s.

Entry fee was quite high (17€/adult) but I understand it's because of maintaince. Drinks are there really expensive. It's fun for 2-3 hours not for whole day . But if u take kids with you, maybe it's for whole day. I just don't understand why on big slides where are 3 tubes ,stand only one life guard to let you go down. Floor is lava ,wear a good beach shoes. Lazy river was relaxing ,big slides,crazy rivers and space bowl was exciting.

This was a great day out for the family. We came in Summer 2019 with two children aged 10 and 8. They had a super time. Surprisingly the food was very good, which I didn't expect, the coach transfer worked, the facilities were great and it wasn't crowded. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived early not that it mattered as there was loads of space and free beds everywhere! The wave pool is the highlight of this waterpark as it is the best one I have ever been in! They have a low setting for the first hour or two and then every few hours they have the high setting which is absolutely fantastic!nnThey have slides which can be used either on your own or with a friend in a ring and they have a number of slides which don't require a rubber ring. The slides are all great apart from the green one which scuffs your back a little bit on the way down but there's plenty of others to keep you busy.nnThe lifeguards are all friendly and very attentive with safety at the core of thier advice so don't take it the wrong way if they ask you to do something as it's most likely for your own safety! (I say this because there were people being rude to them when asked to follow safety instructions). The floor doesn't get hot as they have painted paths which are smooth and stay cool. The lazy river is good because it actually moves on its own unlike many others I've seen which don't move! The staff are happy to help you in and out of the rubber rings.nnThe food and drinks areas are scattered throughout the park and never got too busy, they also had table service which was appreciated! The park doesn't allow food and drinks to be taken in but this is reasonable as the food and drink prices were actually surprisingly cheap and good value for money! The toilets are also clean and tidy and there was a swallows nest In one that the staff had put signs up to protect which is great to see!nnThey also have a small petting zoo section (behind the slides) and the animals seemed really well looked after! The animals were all very active and seemed happy!nnOverall this Is a great family friendly waterpark that has attractions for everyone and deserves to have many more visitors than it does! It is definitely the best waterpark on the island of kos (better than aquatica) and is 100% worth the money!
