Prouds the Jewellers Brisbane Myer Centre

I'm a customer of Prouds in the Myer centre. I purchased my first watch in Prouds 45years ago in Fiji.nJo in the Myer centre shop is a magnificent human being.nThe service is second to none.nnThank you to you and the team.nnAnthony and Marion.

Not very friendly. As I bought 2 rings to fit my engagement ring I decided to wear them immediately. I was not even given or offered a box or gift bag. Only the receipt. Looking closely they are not even a matching set!!! Even the receipt shows it. I said to the sales person they are a size to small but she insisted they are the same size as my engagement ring. Well someone was only after a sale

Well here's a little story for you.nSaturday 24th of September 2022, myself and fiancé entered prouds jewellers. We were happy and excited to buy my new engagement ring, that my fiancé insisted I get so we both can show off the fact that we're now engaged. We were served by the manager (seemingly lovely) but pushy. I'm a size K and am aware that I'm usually a special order.nBut on this day, this wonderful manager who's name I regretfully didn't ask, said she could make something special happen. She promptly went to photograph what she said was a M-N sized ring and talk to her jeweller regarding a resize. After about 10 minutes she said "we can do it for you, I just wanted to double check with him".nNow I'm not sure what she "DOUBLE CHECKED" but it certainly wasn't if this O sized ring could be resized to a K.nWe are aware the rings can generally only be re-sized 2 up or down.nNow here's where she got pushy, she was attimate I was a K and a half. She asked me to reconsider my size and go up a size because "my fingers will swell in summer". I said no and she said well either way when I talk it to my closest store (Mackay), they'll be able to organise the re-size no problems as we paid for the care plan.nWell we just left the Mackay prouds and ohh boy aren't we fuming, amongst other things that I'm not allowed to publicly type.nWe were also informed by the wonderful staff at Mackay prouds that they cannot exchange the ring for a special ordered K sized ring, as it is a sale item we would need to purchse a full priced item to replace. Another thing we weren't made aware of upon purchasing the ring.nSo to the teller of untruths manager at prouds myer center: we sincerely hope that every pen you try to use today is out of ink, we hope your favourite underwear shrink in the dryer and you kick your toe on every corner in your house.nWe take back our thank yous and have a good day.

Jo was the biggest g. Always super friendly and helps me find some hella dope rings. Great selection of jewellery and awesome staff. Would definitely recommend

went in store last friday night and was served by a lovely indian girl. she was very polite and friendly. felt terrible for her as her and a younng blonde girl dealt with a drunk couple who were quite verbally abusive. despite the attitude of this couple both girls were professional and polite. amazing service, great products and I will defintely be back!

Not only is the store wheelchair/mobility scooter accessible, I have a very large scooter and I’m able to manoeuvre quite well inside. The stock is diverse, reasonably priced and beautiful!nThe best thing about the store however, are the lovely ladies that work there. I was able to find exactly what I wanted and they were very sweet and helpful in assisting me. I was served by Caroline who was both knowledgeable and capable, its nice to feel seen and heard as a person with disabilities as well as accommodated for, especially by a big company like Prouds. I recommend anyone looking for good quality jewelry at a great price with friendly service visit this store!nnThanks again, see you again in the near future
