I recently had a great experience staying at the Hilton in Brisbane for 4 nights. The hotel staff were attentive and provided excellent service from the moment I arrived.nnDuring check-in, the attendant noticed that our room was too small for three people. They quickly organized a separate bed for our child without us even asking, which was a thoughtful and personalized touch that made us feel appreciated as guests.nnThe breakfast buffet was exceptional with a great selection of healthy options, including fresh fruits and juices. The Hilton provided a great dining experience with healthy choices, which was a bonus.nnAlthough the room was not the most modern, it was still comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. We also appreciated the Nespresso pods, which provided a morning pick-me-up. The TV looked a bit out of place, but we still had a cozy and pleasant stay.nnThe small jacuzzi was a highlight of our stay, as it was perfect for our daughter. It provided a fun and safe experience for her to enjoy, and we appreciated the extra touch of having a kid-friendly option.nnOverall, the Hilton staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to our needs throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel's location was also convenient, allowing us to explore Brisbane easily.
Nice, clean, comfortable, perfectly serviceable hotel in a great location with generally pretty good service from staff.nnAgeing building with basic facilities and air conditioner rattling all night. Pump pack toiletries in the bathrooms cheapen the experience and TVs in rooms are small and old. Had to wait an hour after normal check in time for room to be ready and executive lounge was so full in the evening that we couldn’t get in.nnGenerally a fairly solid product if you get it at a decent rate but a five star experience it is not.
I have stayed at the Hilton a few times and I just enjoy my experience every time. The staff are amazing they just can't do enough for you. The restaurant has not only amazing service but the food is outstanding, have had breakfast & dinner. The only disappointing part is the air-conditioning in the rooms always warmer than you want, I try everything to get the room to cold. I have now taken to take a little blanket with me which seems to make a difference as the doona are to hot. But really a small price to pay as everything else is perfect.
5-star? I even don’t wanna give them star ⭐️ if I could rate them minus, the worst experience I had in Hilton Hotel.nnI booked 3 people for two nights.nthe second day after the housekeeping, nwe got 4 small towel, 3 larger towel, no squared towel, no bottles of water.nDifferently from the first day: 4 small towel, 4 larger towel, 2 squared towel, 3 bottles of water.n.nAnd when I called them politely just to make sure these items we won’t get accused to pay when we check out, coz they even didn’t supply us! So when I tell them these towels are gone and not even required them to supply us, and what a 5-star 🫤 Hotel responded us “ the second day we don’t need to supply bottle water, it’s only for the first day.” Shock, what a excellent reply from a claimed 5-Star Hotel.n.nThe story didn’t end there…nThe last morning we stayed in “wonderful” Hiltonn09:30 am housekeeper knocked the door said “housekeeping” and opened the door.nThe sound waked me up and I called front desk to reconfirm check-out time was 12:00 noon.nAnd receptionist replied me “if you don’t want to be bother, you may show the do not disturb card on your door”nThat’s ridiculous! It was the check out day, Housekeeping should clean the room ONLY after guests checking out!n.nI hoped to have a nice beginning in our trip and booked Hilton Brisbane, but it seems I made a wrong decision. Disappointed.
I travel a lot with work and every time I have stayed at the Hilton, it is genuinely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed with. Very attentive service from all personnel (cleaners, concierge, front desk etc all went out of their way to helpful, friendly and to wish me a nice day), flexible when I was a bit tired and couldn’t check out on time, and the facilities were excellent and well maintained. Just overall really excellent. Thank you Hilton team!
Always had our stay with Hilton Brisbane, great location, walking distance to everything I need and love! Service crew of Hilton always provide a 5star level hospitality standard. The rooms are always clean and the beds were comfy! Breakfast was lovely too! Will be back again without a doubt!
I can’t describe how good the service is. All the rooms were booked out and I need 2 beds, the room I was receiving had only 1 bed. I requested a additional bed and I received it along with complementary wine, snacks and fruit. Car parking was amazing, didn’t even have to park because it was valet. When I called for the car to be brought to the front, the car immediately arrived. Had a great stay, would recommend.
Great location, rooms are very nice. Sustainability not great, I would have been fine using the same towel and floor mat for the whole time. Also, there was a small spot on the floor near the toilet that was there when I arrived that was finally gone after 2 cleans. Spectacular glass lifts and a great bar. I was looking forward to the restaurant but it was closed during the week. I ordered room service and they seem to have forgotten my order. When I contacted them they provided a free meal and were very apologetic. Mistakes happen, I'm glad they accept them and try to make up for it. Would stay there again. Breakfast is great.
I have stayed at Hilton hotels around the world, but I think this is the nicest Hilton I have every stayed at. From the moment my Uber driver dropped me off, to my greeting at the reception desk, to the comfort of my room (#2114), my stay was flawless.nnThe reception staff, especially a trainee named Anne, were exceptionally helpful and made great recommendations of places to go. Also, the Elizabeth Street elevators go strait down to the Queen Street Mall which is a wonderful pedestrian zone shopping area with hundreds of stores and seemingly endless coffee shop, making Brisbane a coffee lovers paradise.nnI travel through Brisbane every few years and next time I'm going to schedule a few extra days to say here and enjoy this wonderful city and to return to the Hilton Brisbane.
Easy check in, even at 1am after a diverted flight brought us in to Brisbane. Very impressive central lobby and void, crazy cool glass elevators, very clean and tidy room on level 23 with a lovely view of the city. Full buffet breakfast is very nice, including cooked to order omelettes; a bit pricey at $39pp, but our airline covered it so we didnu2019t mind!

My partner and I recently dined in at the vintage restaurant and had the best time. The service and staff were amazing to top it off their dishes were divine. Would 100% recommend the Tomahawk main dish. Special shout-out to Ken and Derrick who greeted and looked after us well. But our night could not have been perfect without the amazing table service from lovely Bettina. My partner and I could not have been more happy and satisfied with the delicious food and loving staff. 10/10 service and quality! Highly recommend xx
After our flight was cancelled we were very happy that Virgin booked us a room at The Hilton Brisbane. The service was excellent from the time we arrived. High standard of accommodation. Staff friendly and professional. Wonderful experience. Highly recommended
Great Location. For Room Service, a bit slow and I ordered pasta for lunch and never received it. But other than that. Good environment and staff are very helpful. Great Customer service.
Have stayed on many occasions. The TV is very old and is definitely not the highlight of the stay. The bed though… it makes up for any of the weaknesses of the room. Over all very spacious room with very good room service. Check out experience was seamless and easy. Have used valet parking with every start and they are fantastic. Will start again!
